They sound great. I do, more-so, like their tuning scheme from the late 90's-early 2000's. Back then, the 4 drum on the tenors was tuned higher than the top bass. There were three distinct voices....bass, tenor & snare...no overlap.
Yeah the corp as a whole went from 8th last year to 11th this year and drums won the Sanford last year and finished I think 7th? So yeah BIG drop off from last year!
Thanks homies. Longtime listener, first time caller. Thanks for the connections you're making and putting these conversations out in the world.

we need drink reviews at the end of videos, how was the rye? the ranch water? thoughts, gentlemen?
The rye was very smooth. Not a ton of depth and long lasting flavor to me. But really good. -Evan

Are those stock Yamaha harnesses? I haven’t seen those before
Yup. Yamaha has had these for a bit overseas, like Japan. But now starting to filter them over to the U.S.
Should react to the lewisville high school band drum line NTCA 2024 🙏🏽
For the algorithm. ✊
Can we talk about how close Bluecoats were to winning the Sanford
A comment for the code!
Goodbye 2024 DCI! Congrats to the Bluecoats and SCV in drums! 🏆🥇
Bass drums haven’t dropped a beat! Still great!

I agree the Cavies got lost in translation this year!
