XC1: You Will Know Our Names XC2: You Will Recall Our Names XC3: You Will Know Our Names ~ Finale XC4: You Can Eat Bread Without Knowing How To Bake It
Ah, yes. The theme of me slamming my head against Bioluminescent Bob hoping to god Spread Misery doesn't randomly decide to one shot my healers and the one defender I have the revival accessory equipped on
The mixing is so much better on this version, as in the actual production. All the instruments sound so clean and distinguishable from each other compared to the original. Definitely many parts you can appreciate more now and that last bit before you nearly beat the boss sounds much stronger now.
@@Tsukirualso, by my understanding each segment of the boss themes in Xenoblade 3 are split into many different phases which required each part of the song to be recorded separately for the progression of the song during fights. The final version is all those little segments recorded in one take with more detail in the mixing of the instruments. At least listening to the disjointed version before the official ost version reeased made me think this.
4:15 maybe ppl have talked about it and I missed it, but we need to discuss the beauty that is this segment. Feels like the kind of part you’d play while blazing your way through a lightning storm.
Feels so nice to finally have a properly mixed version !

the drumming...THE DRUMMING!!!!
The absolute masterpiece
4:15 …SiIvaGunner _really_ needs to do a mashup of this and It’s Gonna Be May
"Tracy!!!!"
The pause at the very end before the end jingle is a bit jarring to me but I still kind of like it lmao
This isn't edited. That pause was intentional. (I'm sure you already knew this, just wanted to point that out. XD)

Is it just me, or does it sound slower?
Yeah it's just you :)
probably because the drums and bass are more clear so you have a better feel for the rhythm
