    Nice videos mike, I have a question for you when you do a house wash do you pre rinse the house or you just apply Solution and rinse?

      Hey Diego, great question. I do NOT pre-rinse the homes. Thank you for watching!

    Great video, Mike. Next time try following up the SH with some Cleansol BC on those dirty chimneys. Be sure to rinse off ALL SH before applying the BC. It works great on non-organics like carbon stains.

    A tip for distance on 12v, use a 1/2” three foot or more (riser) lance, it is less restricted and gives you more flow and distance. I have several sizes.

    great video again! Im in Ohio too. Where do you order bleach? Im paying almost 5 dollars a gallon at the pool store and it takes forever running every week and then pouring gallons one by one.

    • @TheFreshRinse
      @TheFreshRinse  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      I’m in the same position. However, my neighbor owns the local pool store. She has it sitting out for me whenever I need it. I’m at just under $3 per gallon.
      However, she closed Saturday for the season. I will be getting it from Watson’s pool supply.

      @@TheFreshRinse might be worth the drive to get 15, 30, 45 gallons at a time. Especially this time of year when your neighbor doesn't have it available. I think it was around $2.50/gal or so. I'm sure it's gone up, like everything, it's been over a year since I've bought it there. Another washer in my area gets a 1000 gallon tank at his shop filled every week or two and I just buy from him now. I love networking and making friends with other washers in the area.

    What would you estimate the percentage at your tip to be when dialed Back half way?

    • @TheFreshRinse
      @TheFreshRinse  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      7-8 Maybe? It’s definitely more than half. I used to always batch mix in my chem tank at 50/50. It washed fine.

      @@TheFreshRinse Hey Mike, I recently found your channel. I appreciate the information. When I downstream I drop my injector tube straight into my 12.5 % sh tank. That gives me a 1.5 to 2% for my house wash mix.It works great. I just added a 12v 5.5 everflow for a stronger mix when needed. I have the Pro Portioner and I will be adding a Flo Pro as well. Keep up the good work.

    Great vid thanks! I’ve found that hitting the really dirty stuff with 12v first then following up with DS and of course a straight H2O rinse works best. Wetting with the weaker mix first seems to hold the 12v back mix back.
    How do you calculate sqft on multiple story homes? 2 & 3 times a single story sqft or is your fee the same for all?
    Thanks again, you’re doing a great job. I checked out a few of your sermons. 👍🏻🙌🏻

    When brick is that dirty it's a pain in the butt to clean especially that high up. If it was a dry day it probably would have stuck a little better maybe you would have got better results. I doubt it though I think it turned out wonderful 👍
