Just got this kit ready for installation with the additional rain shield is there supposed to be some kind of seal between the door station and the rain shield to keep water out ?

Hi, This is really good video. I have added another indoor station. But when press outdoor station, it doesn’t ring both indoor units. What could be the problem?

Hey, thanks for the video. Just wondering if you’re able to initiate the 2 way audio from the app without someone actually ringing from the outdoor station. I’ve tried to do that using the microphone icon but it comes up with an error. Can you suggest anything? Thanks 😊

Hi, does the the exterior door station DS-KV8103-IME2 notify that the door is opened by saying "Door opened" through the speakers? My indoor station says "Door unlocked" but when you're outside there is no way to know that the door has been opened, only the blue led is turned on. The exterior door station should say somethink like "Door opened" no? Is it a wiring issue? The video and the audio transmission are working fine so I don't know where the issue comes from.

Hi, what is the viewing angle of the camera? In my case the current doorbell is on a right-angled wall next to the door so I need to know if it is possible to mount the Hikvision at 90 ° to the door.

Hi mate, I have one final question, the unit is fitted and working like a charm. I’d like to know how do we put the name tag in behind the window on the door station?
