I don't know why people in India didn't like Kareena. I don't understand it at all. I mean she's not fake at all and she is so real in all her answers. Even though she looks quite tired in this interview but still she gives her all and did not act like "listen ok i'm so tired, i'll just give short answer to this interviewer". She's is definitely my most favourite actress in India and I really love her attitude.

Listen as for the Khans bringing in money is completely false. It is a statement repeated over and over again to continue to disenfranchise women the opportunity to equal pay. Tanu Weds Manu Returns is an example of how a woman can bring profit (Kangana defeated both Shahrukh and Akshays Box-office records). It's about providing roles that are larger than life, opportunity! that just does not exist in this industry. The truth is there are only a handful of directors, producers, writers that only cater to the Khans, Roshan and Kapoors. It's not that women can't bring profit, it's that Bollywood refuses to allow artistic integrity to prevail. Because god forbid nepotism be abolished.
Kareena is one of the first actress to start charging a high price at 10crs before actresses were getting payed 5crs. Actresses get paid what they deserved because unlike the male actors they dont have the following to bring in a huge crowd. So to ask to be paid likr Srk, Salman, Aamir is not correct. So thats y shd said that but she said many times before yes actresses need to be paid more.
+dreambebo areena's highest fee payment was 7 crores for heroine which so sweetly bombed, the 1st actress to receive even one crore for a film was aishwarya rai whose record areena surpassed with the 7 crore sum in 2012, ash was paid 6 crores for robot in 2010 while rajnianth was paid 45 crores. but deepu was paid 1 crore in 2013 for ramleela but has now increased to 12 for padmavati and 7 for BM. so trends are progressing nevertheless, yet it is nothing infront of jennifer lawrence who got paid 140 cores for passengers (20 million dollars).
ashley Kareena fee was 8 cr plus she got a share in the profits. Just one dress was 1cr in that movie. It has made 65 crores worldwide highest compared to any Madhurs films. Madhur even said that Kareena was the highest actress he paid. Kareena got 10crs for Singham and BB. She will not hesitate to walk out of a film if not given the right amount. Thats why she says she is happy of what she gets. You cant compare Hollywood to Bollywood. It depends on ur budget and ur star power.
