I'm not Indian but I'm curious why many Indians on the internet only focus on her accent, make fun of her because of it rather than focus on the positive sides she brings.
She's the most well-spoken woman I've ever witnessed in Bollywood. Her communication style is extremely therapeutic. Not even for a moment, do I get bored of listening to her talk. So much to learn from her... A perfect role model to look up to if you're into the glamorous stars who made it in their own.
I disagree , we in fact value her more than she deserves to be becoz of all the glamour of popular movie actress. Moreover ,subliminally she seems to have a inferiority complex to Westerners and sometime speaks in a fake accent to blend in there.
She is inspiring women but her parents are more inspiring who were ahead of their time & supported their girl. The wisdom they had 40 years ago most indian parents in even 2023 don't have. hats off 👏👏
So self aware, sorted, clarity of thought and unbiased articulation. What works wonderfuly for Priyanka is the fact that she has seen and grown up in environment which has had both small town rooted-ness and showbiz glitz. She sounds credible because she has lived that life. Her story tells you that 'anybody can do it'.. what a wholesome journey.
It is she who made a foray into Hollywood and because of her others are being welcomed like Deepika and Alia. Aishwarya couldn't do it but Priyanka really opened the gates for everybody.

In fact I was once body shamed by my ex boyfriend and then he came back asking me to go back to him after realising that he will never find someone as humble and loving as I am... He had dated many girls after breaking up with me thinking that having a girl with slim and good body will satisfy his manhood.....but I guess he was wrong and regrets body shaming his true love...he wants me back and I am hesitant to fall for him again.
She represents herself with an utmost honesty as possible. She knows who she is! An entertainer. As thoughtful and truthful as possible. That isa very very tiring process. Looking forward to more of her. I have loved reading autobiography of Gandhiji. Self acknowledgement is a huge huge confrontation before you finally accept your limitations and possibilities owing your role and life choices. Priyanka achieves transparency for sure. I feel bad she is tiring... and hope she gets a break. But happy that she is still a feeling person.
This is so inspirational. Even though we are in 21st century still there’s a difference between men and women and we do feel it all the time. The feeling of being criticized just because you have that X chromosome with you. Not being recognized same as your male co-worker. It is still there.
