    Carol, these videos are excellent. Your information on delegation is really clear and I like how you emphasise the need develop your delegation capabilities as you would any other practical skill. And great tip to keep things in perspective - we can all have bad days when we feel pressured and run out of time, but that does not mean we are bad at our jobs!
