What about infra structure - health care - doctors etc for retired persons quite important before all the good things

Thanks for sharing. Can Indian ( UAE resident) buy 1 euro property in ITALY ? I Believe drinking water shortage during summer in ITALY. If we consider moving how to take this forward ?
From U.S. one must have 31,500/yearly income.
There is no restriction of nationality to buy a 1 euro property in Italy, but you must have the right to live there prior to applying.
@Lisbobtheexpatsassistant-bj8zq please be clear. "right" being what in detail? Is 31,500 correct as to requisite annual income to live in Italy?
What is good legit site to get accurate annual house rental lists for Italy on southern coast?
