I looked up my diaries and these are the venues I saw them performing - 21 May 1967 Starlite Greenford , 7 March 1967 ,Adelphi Slough, 6 May 1966, Town Hall High Wycombe 21June 1966 Starlite Ballroom Greenford 17 July 1966 Marquee London 26 July 1966. In the autumn of 1967 I had met a Swedish girl and on a visit to Sweden I saw them there in Stockholm in October 1967, Such happy memories

I am wondering if there are some laws in many places, fairly recent laws perhaps, that make it illegal to proclaim to be an artist, or an artistic organization, that has no actual connection to the art being presented.
I'm not familiar with any lineup changes that may have evolved from the original foursome. The only name I recognize here is "Bond", so I'm assuming the drummer named Darren is related to Ronnie, the original drummer.
Chris Allen replaced Reg Presley (with his blessing) in June 2012, John Doyle replaced original guitarist, Chris Britton in 2017, Pete Lucas in the Troggs since 1974. Hope that answers the usual old chestnut!

No I'm not one of the original Beatles but that is not necessary if there is some vague connection, like signing on long after the heyday with all original members long gone or, membership via a car radio sing-along.
