@@petem3rlin81I stopped watching iasip several seasons ago when they on the first episode of that season started apologizing for the "lethal weapon" episodes... Btw, Same thing with south park, the other day I saw an episode were Cartman tried to stop "I Cupid" from trying to eradicate the Jews... I mean the fact that I found the dark humor funny doesn't make me a r*cist, which I'm not.. those shows basically lost the essence of what made them funny

I’m from Scotland and we had a show written by the same guy who did Veep, Armando Iannucci, and it was called The Thick Of It. It had a Scottish guy called Malcolm Tucker, (Peter Capaldi) and if you want a non-woke giggle, have a look at clips from that. Brilliant!

One of the best bits in theVeep finale, was seeing Roger pushing Will's wheelchair at Selena's funeral... and still showering his pal/lackey with insults. It was funny, BUT in a very weird way it was kind of poignant. How the hell did the Veep writers do that?
