Who comes here after A Plague Tale: Requiem? I still think this should have been the ending of hugo and amicia story. No matter how quality they produced in the sequel, it did not feel right. This is the proper ending. Sometimes, happy endings are the necessary ones, especially when the protagonists are blissfully pure.
Thanks for providing this bit. I gave up after spending a raging 2 hours on the final boss due to the sticky movement mechanics. A good game, but let down by annoying segments at the end (the whole push the wagon to the gate bit was bad too.)
The way bigger point to make, about a year since it’s been out now, is that the developer apparently never went back once and fixed all the issues with the controls and aiming, the enemy sight lines making no sense from one to the next, all the little glitches etc. They abandoned their game. And of course they want to quickly work on and show off a sequel with better graphics. I can almost guarantee everyone online, that that game will have the same exact issues. It will be a waste of time. I’ll beat the end boss. But these last 2 chapters ruined the game, as all of its existing faults were pushed right in your face nonstop. Won’t be back for more afterwards!
One of the best and hardest boss fights ever. And a terrifying boss power. Although once you figured out that you had to look at the ground during the second part to avoid the rats coming up from the ground it was fine.
I just finished the game today, i play it on a very low graphics because my laptop can't handle the game but i did manage to play and have fun and gather as much as i find from products, gifts, flowers and ... I forgot the name. I really enjoyed the story but there is one thing i couldn't understand, why the rats never eat the servants of Amicia's family?! Plus it will be nice to see Melie in the ending.

b4 watching this video, I was so angry 🤬that I woke up my roommate.. 😬 but after watching it I was able to beat him in 2 tries...now I have closure and now I can delete the game and find something else.🥳 thanks to ever posted the video.
It took me 13 hours. I explored a lot and got like 75-80$ of collectibles and all but 2 upgrades. 8 hours is a rushed playthrough. I think the game is a good length for what it is. It's a really good game. Great story

Just came to here to say - not just this boss fight, but the chapter before it, completely obliterated the entire game for me. ****ing garbage. The game was about a 6/10 at best. It did some things well, but the gameplay was not polished and the game was wildly, wildly inconsistent with its last 2 chapters. Why would someone get this pissed about it? Because this company essentially just drug any players like me, right thru the mud and wasted our time thru a game that should’ve ended 4 hours back or more. And seeing as how their sequel game is showing off unreal engine 5, don’t expect a better playing game. They are focusing on its graphics. I wouldn’t drop $60 on it and hope it’s better. Can’t believe I have to watch a guide because I can’t figure out how to “dodge” and distract the rats on the 3rd and final hit you need to do. Utter garbage.
Well, I think the only hard in this boss fight is the final phase, and the hardest things in this game is about the carriage before the Cathedral You should blame the aim assist of your controller man, I played it on the PC and I can even snipe those bastard archer.

Beside, Nicolas boss is better than the Grand Inquisitor, or maybe your skill issue in console as the Aim assist for the game is quite not good
