    I'm going to be 15 this year, and am trying out for my volleyball team at my high school. I've been playing volleyball since 2nd grade. this helped me. thank you

    I’m 35 years behind this regiment for 15 years olds! I wish I’ve know these back then! Great work out for any age range I may say! Thanks Mr. Reid and crew!

    Thank you for this awesome video.
    My daughter has been using this to better herself this volleyball off season.
    It’s great to follow along and hear your instructions on proper technique.
    This is now our go to video when we get to the gym

    I’m 14, and going to be a freshman this year and we have to do a bunch of weights and conditioning for volleyball until school starts

    edit to my last comment: im 12 trying out for 13u soon and ive been doing these workouts for 3 weeks along with workout 2 3 days in a week and ive actually seen sooo much progression! the reason why i edited my comment is bc i didnt have a reference for my vertical jump and i thoguht it was still the same
