Really enjoyed the review. Love the “flipping boards” format for the videos.
Isle of Cats was my favourite game from 2020. My wife and I had a ton of fun with it. Now I must get working on designing that dog game… ;)
Be sure to send us a review copy when your done! :D
Thank you for such a wonderful review. You guys are now my favorite board game TH-cam channel :D
Wow, thanks! We really appreciate it Darío!
Loving this review style!
Thanks Lemuel! We're happy you enjoyed it!
Nice review, agree with one round too long critique, for me it is a main reason to sometimes overloook this game which I also like quite a bit, , but it is really popular in Jelgava.
What I thought in your video is the new trend of super succesfull games (Arnak, Isle of Cats, Dune imperium) that all of them is destilled mixtures of well known and loved mechanisms.
Yes and it works surprisingly well! All of these games we enjoyed and they seem to get the best of both worlds. Excited to see how creators take this concept even further. What could be a good mixture of well knows mechanisms?
Thank you, very interesting
Oooh I tried New York Zoo based on your recommendation so now I'm curious about this! Because I think the cards could add a bit more spice to it. New York Zoo was fun and cute but kind of simple in the end, and I feel like Patchwork is already the Perfect simple tile-laying game.
Great wideo
You should definitely review the KS expansion of isle of cats 😁
We probably will. Just need to wait until it arrives!
@@BoardGameHangover i think it will be a gamery game with the events module.
Finall Rating !!
You gonna try My City. Amazing tile laying game.
Will check it out! Thanks for the suggestion
Great review! Have you tried Planet Unknown?
I just did and there will be a review coming. So you will know how it compares. /JG
I guess I’m a Sunday player…
New York zoo is more fun. Easier to setup and play. Just as engaging
Interesting
Love new york zoo
Clever door 78
wow, did you get a new lightning? or You played with color grading?
Yes, we tried something new with the colors. Can't get better without experimenting :)
Enthusiastic letter 41
Не поняла смысл игры.
Cats of Chernobyl? Rescuing cats from radioactive fallout? 😂 The art work is so ugly.
