I have a problem with ordering perfumes LOL!!! I have all the ones you mentioned. I ordered the largest bottle of Baccarat Rouge 540. I literally fell to my knees when I sprayed it, my friends were in shock! I almost started crying, it's crazy!!! I have never smelled anything this GORGEOUS!!! Literally makes me smile when I spray it on me :) Every Saturday my boyfriend and I go out to a special restaurant and I get many complements and it's my boyfriends favorite and mine!!! Great video I agree with all of your top picks Chanel is timeless for a very good reason! xo You do such amazing job explaining perfumes!!! I really enjoy your channel great information!!! I’m in love with Coco Mademoiselle (the Intense version, I never tried L’Eau Privee), Coco Noir, D&G The One, L’Imperatrice and Mon Guerlain Intense 💕 I need to try the other ones you mentioned, we have similar taste!
If I had to restart my perfume collection....I would get MFK fluidity gold, MFK oud satin mood, PDM Delina, PDM Athalia, Mugler Alien, Aerin Hibiscus Palm, Chloe nomade, Ysl Libre, le labo Citron 28, and Lancome idole intense I agree that it would take a while because some of these are pricey!
Chanel goes on sale, instore only, at Macy's in the US whenever they have their 15% on all beauty sale event about 2-4 times a year. They don't carry all the fragrances though. I used to work at a beauty counter there ;)
I remembered when I worked at Nordstrom it was always a problem with price matching lol because Macy's doesn't offer the discount online and we were told it was up to the discretion of the individual counter. So our managers would sometimes honor it, sometimes not.. completely arbitrary! I will have to stop into my local Macy's and see if they offer it in store! xx
@@ErinNicoleTV yes ! since it's not advertised online it definitely can depend, I honestly only know about this because I worked next to the chanel counter at a Macy's. I usually get the giant bottle from there for my bf to get some savings even though 15% barely covers the tax where I live lol 😂😭
Also on Sephora, when they have te sales, depending on your status on Sephora you can get 10% off , 15% off or 20% off.... I always buy my perfumes on Sephora when they have the discounts

I was going to say I have 2 on your list, but actually 3! I have the Coco Mademoiselle hair perfume, TF LC, and BR540. That is my core group, but I have some other really special ones to me: JM Velvet Rose Oud, AERIN Rose DeGrasse (You should try that one.) & JM Blackberry and Bay (I love that.)

In high-school/early undegrad....someone gave me coco mademoiselle and I wore it everyday since it was the only perfume I had. Never repurchased and now....I can't get into any Chanel perfumes. Maybe I can try in 10 in more years and see if I like it again
I know this is unrelated to this video Lol, but I bought the Chanel CC cream after watching your Chanel foundations video, and I absolutely LOVE it !!!!! I have never found a CC cream that I love that doesn’t make my skin break out, so I’m keeping all my fingers crossed !!! 🌸
Erin, I’m a huge fan of yours and I always follow your advices when in comes to beauty and make up. I am currently a DKNY and Lancôme (variety) owner, and I’ve been looking forward to stepping up my game, definitely looking up for Chanel and trying to have my mind set before going to the store, so your videos have helped me a lot, as usual!! I really like citrus or floral scents, so before hand I think Coco Mademoiselle might me a great start for me!! I’ll tell you how it goes!
I think I would repurchase my daily scents first, Libre, Voce Viva, Miss Dior, Gabrielle. Then I would get some of the more special occasion ones, Mancera Roses Vanille, Bulgari Goldea Roman Nights, Coco Noir, Delina... After watching this you have me preparing mentally for fire and flood - save the photographs first, then my first editions, then perfumes!! lolol

Loved this video! Seeing what different people would pick and why certain scents have meaning to them is very interesting. It is a special “peek” into their hearts. I would love if one day you can do a video on your favorite designer fragrances, but their private collections. Lately I find myself straying towards those collections when I want something more than designer but not AS different as niche. 💕

I love tuberose so momentarily I went for the Armani My way but eventually I would buy Gardenia. Beige and Gabrielle are my current fav.A very nice make up today!!!.

I need to check out my local Macy's! I remember when we would have to price match at Nordstrom it was always a disaster because they don't offer a discount for Chanel online but some stores do. I looove mon guerlain intense what’s not to like the smell, the bottle, juice color but on me it doesn’t last more than 30 minutes it’s so sad 😩I would be happy with 4-5 hours but my body can’t hold the fragrance but I would recommend it anyway it’s so pretty 😍 Thank you for this video Erin, never a disappointment watching your Perfumes’s video
It’s amazing how people can have such different experiences with the same fragrance. I can smell the vanilla and some of the base notes on my wrists even after I shower. And I’m not an oversprayer.

I love the Mon Guerlain Intense also. My husband loves it on me. I wish the longevity on it was longer also. The regular Mon Guerlain is nice too. It’s longevity is worse, than the intense.

Erin, u and I have same taste in fragrances, you must if u haven’t smelled it, “Cartier Carat” its so under rated and no one talks about it, but hubby loves it on me, and I love the longevity, its a must for a sensual, sexy, and confident woman!
Baccarat (both l'eau de parfum and the extrait), Coco Mademoiselle (or the affordable Lidl dupe), Narciso Narciso (my favourite winter scent), Maison Margiela Replica Coffee Break (great autumn scent), Alien, Armani Rouge Malachite and Vert Malachite, Lolita Lempicka Lolita Lempicka (an elfish magical scent), Jo Malone Angelica and Tuberose (a favourite in summer) or Sage and Sea Salt
Great list Erin! I don't have Chanel Gardenia or Beige, but I really need to find samples so I can try them. I love Jersey, but it doesn't last on me at all and it was so disappointing. I don't know what I would do if I had to replace my fragrances 🤔. Mon Guerlain would be at the top of the list, it's my dumb reach - I prefer the original EDP, but the Intense is very nice too. If I were to begin I’d pick up (1) mademoiselle intense (2) Gabrielle (3) coco noir (4) 31 rue cambon (5) Gucci in bloom I don’t know that I need 10 fragrances. They all seem to last me an eternity.
I enjoyed this video! I had to giggle because I own and love Chanel Beige and D&G The one! funny, I didn't think I really love The One until I finished it and it was on the "do not repurchase" list. That lasted about a month and I bought it again. I have a couple of Chanel's that I can't live without, Beige and Coco Mademoiselle are the only two we have in common. :)
Eh, I sadly don't agree on the Chanel stuff. Haven't liked any of the Chanels till now and I don't find the juice/presentation or everything together worth the price-tag👀🤷♀️ I guess I'm not a Chanel girl or a real fragrance freak (I own 100+ perfumes and still don't feel like I need Chanel 😶)..

But now, after my nose is used to different notes, I realized I like it a lot! Of course, it could be that it’s just not to your liking, and that’s perfectly fine!

I think there is a slight difference on perfume prices based on where they are purchased because of taxes....I paid more on a chanel perfume in LA than at my local city because of the high tax
Chanel fragrances have always been worn by all the lovely women in my family, and my favorites are Chanel #5, Allure Sensuelle, Coco (love Coco Noir, but have more of a personal connection w/ the original), and Chanel #19 - I love the white/green floral scent for spring, and Coco created it for herself and her b'day (August 19th). I would also have to add my newest favorite - Delina - a blind buy - thank you so much for your informative fragrance videos and recommending this gorgeous scent, Erin! I love Delina so much that I have the parfum, body cream, and 3 travel sizes. Truly my favorite, most beautiful, luxurious scent for all time! Love your channel so much, Erin - thank you! 🌹

Erin, I think there is nothing wrong with having both designer as well as niche. The only difference could be the quality of ingredients in the perfumes. However, I am still a big fan of Chanel perfumes.

I used to own and love D&G their first fragrance, the one with the red cap, and then I had Light Blue as a signature for many years, so I knew I might like their perfumes and I was right 🙂 I then got Tresor Midnight Rose from Lancome and I knew I couldn’t stop anymore! I’m definitely in love with fragrances and I’ve learned as much as I could about them! Thank you for this list, I love your choices as always! 💕

No, Ma'am. You have been duped. Chanel goes on sale as of about 5 years ago. When Macy's does their 15% off, they include ALL of their fragrances. They just do not show up on the website, but when you add it to cart it shows up. That is how I got Chanel Coco Mademoiselle Intense for 15% off in store when it first came out.

I would love if one day you can do a video on your favorite designer fragrances, but their private collections. Lately I find myself straying towards those collections when I want something more than designer but not AS different as niche. 💕

I love tuberose so momentarily I went for the Armani My way but eventually I would buy Gardenia. Beige and Gabrielle are my current fav.A very nice make up today!!!.

I need to check out my local Macy's! I remember when we would have to price match at Nordstrom it was always a disaster because they don't offer a discount for Chanel online but some stores do. I think it depends on the Chanel counter but I'm going to try my Macy's and see. I would love to pick up another concealer and lip gloss, maybe skincare! xx

I personally prefer the intense version l’eau doesn’t last long, it wasn’t meant to. It’s more of a nighttime fragrance.

I looove mon guerlain intense what’s not to like the smell, the bottle, juice color but on me it doesn’t last more than 30 minutes it’s so sad 😩I would be happy with 4-5 hours but my body can’t hold the fragrance but I would recommend it anyway it’s so pretty 😍

Hmmm, have you tried applied moisturizer before you spray? Mine lasts a few hours but I also spray quite a bit of fragrance! xx
It’s amazing how people can have such different experiences with the same fragrance. I can smell the vanilla and some of the base notes on my wrists even after I shower. And I’m not an oversprayer.
@@MarjaCamargo yes I know I can smell it on my stepmom for hours and so gorgeous. But for me nothing. 😩still beautiful I’ll keep trying lol maybe one day it’ll stay 😂😂 I wonder if maybe is my postpartum skin that needs more moisture 🤷🏼♀️

I love the Mon Guerlain Intense also. My husband loves it on me. I wish the longevity on it was longer also. The regular Mon Guerlain is nice too. It’s longevity is worse, than the intense.

Baccarat (both l'eau de parfum and the extrait), Coco Mademoiselle (or the affordable Lidl dupe), Narciso Narciso (my favourite winter scent), Maison Margiela Replica Coffee Break (great autumn scent), Alien, Armani Rouge Malachite and Vert Malachite, Lolita Lempicka Lolita Lempicka (an elfish magical scent), Jo Malone Angelica and Tuberose (a favourite in summer) or Sage and Sea Salt
Chanel in Canada is 10-12$ more than the US so I have to be more strategic on the products I buy. But it's worth it.
Great list Erin! I don't have Chanel Gardenia or Beige, but I really need to find samples so I can try them. I love Jersey, but it doesn't last on me at all and it was so disappointing. I don't know what I would do if I had to replace my fragrances 🤔. Mon Guerlain would be at the top of the list, it's my dumb reach - I prefer the original EDP, but the Intense is very nice too. If I were to begin I’d pick up (1) mademoiselle intense (2) Gabrielle (3) coco noir (4) 31 rue cambon (5) Gucci in bloom I don’t know that I need 10 fragrances. They all seem to last me an eternity.
I enjoyed this video! I had to giggle because I own and love Chanel Beige and D&G The one! funny, I didn't think I really love The One until I finished it and it was on the "do not repurchase" list. That lasted about a month and I bought it again. I have a couple of Chanel's that I can't live without, Beige and Coco Mademoiselle are the only two we have in common. :)
Eh, I sadly don't agree on the Chanel stuff. Haven't liked any of the Chanels till now and I don't find the juice/presentation or everything together worth the price-tag👀🤷♀️ I guess I'm not a Chanel girl or a real fragrance freak (I own 100+ perfumes and still don't feel like I need Chanel 😶)..

@@danapetrova2641 I think Chanel is an acquired taste. I had Chance EDP years ago and I didn’t like it at all, I gave it away immediately. But now, after my nose is used to different notes, I realized I like it a lot! Of course, it could be that it’s just not to your liking, and that’s perfectly fine!

I like other scents that are also in the same category, or really expensive and extravagant niche perfumes but I just can't get warm with Chanel 😂😞 I'm not giving up, I always sniff them and wear them on my skin whenever I have the chance to! I think there is a slight difference on perfume prices based on where they are purchased because of taxes....I paid more on a chanel perfume in LA than at my local city because of the high tax
Chanel fragrances have always been worn by all the lovely women in my family, and my favorites are Chanel #5, Allure Sensuelle, Coco (love Coco Noir, but have more of a personal connection w/ the original), and Chanel #19 - I love the white/green floral scent for spring, and Coco created it for herself and her b'day (August 19th). I would also have to add my newest favorite - Delina - a blind buy - thank you so much for your informative fragrance videos and recommending this gorgeous scent, Erin! I love Delina so much that I have the parfum, body cream, and 3 travel sizes. Truly my favorite, most beautiful, luxurious scent for all time! Love your channel so much, Erin - thank you! 🌹

Erin, I think there is nothing wrong with having both designer as well as niche. The only difference could be the quality of ingredients in the perfumes. However, I am still a big fan of Chanel perfumes.

I used to own and love D&G their first fragrance, the one with the red cap, and then I had Light Blue as a signature for many years, so I knew I might like their perfumes and I was right 🙂 I then got Tresor Midnight Rose from Lancome and I knew I couldn’t stop anymore! I’m definitely in love with fragrances and I’ve learned as much as I could about them! Thank you for this list, I love your choices as always! 💕

No, Ma'am. You have been duped. Chanel goes on sale as of about 5 years ago. When Macy's does their 15% off, they include ALL of their fragrances. They just do not show up on the website, but when you add it to cart it shows up. That is how I got Chanel Coco Mademoiselle Intense for 15% off in store when it first came out.
