You need to make a video on the Gecko in.temp heat pump and install. Can't find one thing about it.

I followed the steps in the video. The temp of the spa is only 102 but the heater barrel does feel very hot to the touch (too hot to touch for more than a split second) unless pump 1 is circulating the water. The video above seems to be aimed at what to do if there is no reason for the HL fault. What do I check if the system does appear to be getting too hot. Also, when I first opened the spa I heard an air sucking sound from the filter area. The sound stopped fairly quickly on its own and I have not heard it again. I know there are two o-rings there and I replaced the larger one about two years ago. If the system is sucking in air at the filter, could that cause the HL condition? Thanks.

You have a flow issue, sound like air was drawn in to the pump from a low water level at the filter system where you heard air draw in briefly. That air stopped the pump from actually pumping air (pump air lock). Top up you spa a bit more, bleed the air out of the pump and try again, monitoring water intake at the filter and hot water outlet for water coming back into the spa.
