I tried calling and the tech support number doesn't lead you to an actual tech. It now just sends you back to the web site. I'm honestly not to impressed with Gecko products but that's what our Wellis Spa came with so we're stuck with it. Brand new hot tub, haven't been able to use it once due to a faulty spa control pack and faulty top side which we just replaced, still no luck. Now we're waiting for a new control pack under warranty. 1 1/2 months of spa ownership, never even used it. Yeah, it's a bit frustrating.

You missed the fix where we have to email tech support and they have to reboot your servers. App can be stable for months then suddenly stops working when nothing else has changed - an email to tech support and all suddenly starts working again!

How can you access the RF settings in the app when you can’t connect to it? My app finds my tub but I can’t get in to any settings as that’s as far as it goes

Please delete this video and upload something useful to your user base. I'm decent with software/hardware/networks and the product isn't working for me. Searching for help with pairing your devices and watching this is.... disappointing.

Hi! I was wondering if you could help me figure out how to override a hot tub that has a malfunctioning topside control panel. The temp button on my Strong Spa is not responding to touch (the other buttons are working). We have ordered a new control panel, but there is a bit of lag time and we are a small exclusive hotel in the middle of nowhere and I really want the guests to be able to soak. It is stuck at around 82 degrees, everything else is working just fine, except that one dumb button. We have tried flipping the breaker, unplugging the cord to the topside control panel, unplugging the control panel itself and still...nothing.

I cannot find any information online about config numbers and the meaning. All manuals state "hire an electrician for the config menu" which is bs. This video was the only thing I could find to fix my very issue, my spa only recognized 1 pump. Setting config from 1 to 3, turned both pumps on. Thanks

Yeah - and you cannot turn this feature off. Cause these know it all’s won’t let you. So when it drops below 7 degrees even if it never gets below 4 degrees you can expect 20kw of power to be drawn every day on freaking smart mode. Freaking zealot idiots built a feature and never gave it an off option.

When you say see if your system plug operates normally after unplugging the keypad. How are we supposed to know that how are we supposed to know the process of ensuring that our system works properly. You did not explain what to look for what to push what to do all you said is see if your system operates normally. That did not help.

Our keypad only gives us the option to get to 24 once I get to the b...beach.... we have a 50 Amp service, so we need to set it to 40, but it will only get to a 24 max.... what to do?

i cant find any drawings on this anywere :( i guess you split the main cirkulation 2" pipe after heater in two pipes , one 2" pipe passes beside the inclear i one 3/4 pipe connects to the inclear reducer and passes through and out in 3/4 reducer again and connects back again to 2" pipe. ? A Drawing would clerify this instead maybe :))

with reducers do you connect it parallell with the 2" pipe or in seriell (in line) with 2" pipe?

UPDATE for everyone who faces this problem........READ this carefully..... the pressure switch is almost all the time the problem, here why; 1- When you start (breaker) your spa AFTER refilling it with a new water; DON'T overload it keep the level normal or a little bit below. 2- When you refill it with MORE water than usual, the Pressure into the water pipes WILL be HIGHER than 2 psi 3- When the pressure switch is exposed to more than 2 psi it will close it circuit BEFORE starting the pump !! 4- IF you start the hot tub with a closed pressure switch BEFORE the pump starts.....the computer (board) will detect a higher pressure that is NOT supposed to be there and will TRIGGER the 3 dots = NO HEAT This is what we found yesterday.... it happened to me twice and each time just before winter when I changed my water for this period.....each time I went to my specialist saying does not work...........EACH time twice when he plugged it......the spa pack was working PERFECTLY......and 30 min before........was not.........this is why we start our brainstorming DONT bypass the pressure switch by connecting the 2 wires.......when you will restart your spa the computer will understand that the pressure was already high (more than or equal to 2 psi) and won't solve your problem... DON't Counterclockwise (left) your pressure switch........you will close the circuit below the 2 psi and face the same situation....... Voilà From a guy in Canada......

Standing next to my wifi modem. Spa in the next room. RF is at 75%. Can't connect and drops if it ever did. Next suggestion? Cause this is an absolute piece of crap hardware, and the software is even worse
