Low TDS below 30 is not recommended for drinking.. Our drinking water should contain 100- 150 TDS. So that we can get all salt and minerals.
It's not compulsory though. I drink less TDS water, but eat lot of vegetables, so I get them from food and it's worked well until now..

Excellent video. But one suggestion that dont use low cost tds tester. Buy a 900rs, 1000rs branded tds tester and do this test again if possible
because he mentioned the price you may think it is not a quality product TDS Meter , it is not so that high price only may give good result

3 Digit and near it is showing x 10 - That implies all your results needs to multiple by 10. Check and confirm. My Corporation water showing 035 implies 350 ? - Borewater showing 340 Implies 3400 ?- Confuse with result.
