Just stumbled upon your page about a week ago been watching a lot of your stuff man can’t wait for the next one 🤙🏼 Gonna be looking into getting a kayak set up myself in the future!
A bad day on the water, is better than a day at work! Nice catch. I live in Macclenny, and intend to buy some kinda flats boat soon. Just subbed 2ur channel.
Aye this is HOLLOVER CREEK. I fished shad creek for a couple summers and caught reds, trout, flounder. Try out alamacani under that bridge. Absolute monster tarpon and redfish running atm
I just use anything natural colored. Silvers, grays, white. And no idea about Snook and Tarpon. Never caught a tarpon and maybe only 2 tiny snook, ever.
Love that creek! Wife and i take the canoe in it all the time. Can catch everything in there. 2 weeks ago caught keeper mangos in there. My biggest flounder there is 21". I usually fish white gulp. What color were you throwing?
Is that haulover creek? I am getting back into kayak fishing and haven't been there, just every other creek off Heckshire drive. Congrats on your catch.
Impressive move, still fishing with a broken rod tip. That’s some pro stuff there. Hey man, I’d like to go fishing with you, one day. Let me know. I’m in the Jax area. Yulee. Good luck!

I bought 2 St Croix rods and broke them both not too long after, I think Im gonna stay away from them for now. Would you keep using them in the future? Maybe im not used to handling a higher end rod, not sure. A limit of flounder, that's nice man, looked like a fun trip, wrangling those things with the net.
Caught my PB flounder 25” in that creek and PB trout 30”, Been fishing it for 20 years. Caught some massive bull sharks off the bank in at the 1st bend to the left, deep hole with tarpon that will roll from time to time .Some really good sheepshead spots in the back and bridge. You won’t catch shit if the tides not in your favor, also every person that owns a kayak in Jax fishes that creek😂.
Good dude! Sorry about rod. Videos are really cool. Were is the SE Asian community in Augustine, Jacksonville? I dig the people, culture and FOOD! Thank you Sir.

how long did you fish for and how many gulp did you go through? I've had a lot of luck with gulp too, but I feel like a zman curly tail or grub would give you the same results, what do you think? and how many gulp did you go through?
@@christopherpeterraby prob 3 hours. Used 2 gulps. One had to be cut off on the fish that swallowed it. I’ve tried fishbites curly tail but never Zman. I’ll prob take a look at them but would take a lot for me to switch lol
Man, breaking the rod tip immediately is tough! Only thing you can do it cut it off at the next eye so you don’t keep wrapping the line around the tip all day
that’s Haulover Creek near Huguenot off Hecksher Drive. no big secret. I’ve fished it many times over the last few years. from the bank, bridge, kayak etc.
