I really love how he's clearly smart enough to know stuff about the chemistry involved in making food and how to cook well using abnormal methods but not smart enough to realize putting your fingers right next to where you're swinging a hatchet is a bad idea or that if you're spilling or dropping stuff you should probably do something different so you don't do that.
Even though there’s literally a human being holding the camera, it still felt like I was watching some guy losing it and talking to himself in the woods living away from civilization and like we were never supposed to see that footage.
