    Sir, I've learned more from you in 30 minutes than in a whole one month course. You're actually creating a bigger picture for an agent, making it really easy to understand and giving him ideas on how to communicate better and not get stuck in a conversation. Thank you!

    Another idea is to stop making statements and ask more questions. This is what I teach my 200+ agents on my channel

      Bunch crap. Some like more of sale than offer real value of life insurance. I think one thing bad about this guy less than 4/10. People care life insurance. I doubts that true. Asking people do they have life insurance is pretty question. If they do they already comsumer which make you easy to move in

    • @trisTOM
      @trisTOM  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Woah. Completly disagree Camminh. If I ask someone if they have life insurance and they say yes, I need to follow up and ask how much and do a proper life needs analysis. Having 25,000 in insurance would be a “yes” to your question, but would do me nothing if I have outstanding debt of 250,000. Do a proper analysis.

      @@trisTOM you follow up question is bad. How much they have is same as how much you have in the bank

    and cash withdrawal from life policy ususllt need a lot of years and much depends on the interest rate and economics and the iusurance company's business

    • @wongraymond
      @wongraymond 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      it only meet your target withdraw when the interest rate is at its lowest when ou buy the policy and the rate continues to goup until the time you withdraw the money from policy

    the most important of life insurance is the protection of the family which here has not emphasis most....what happen if the home principla income earnerr died accidentially

    • @trisTOM
      @trisTOM  5 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      Thank you for your message, Wong Raymond. I do completely agree that the emphasis is not on protecting the family it is ONLY because the main FINANCIAL concern of clients is retirement and paying bills on time. I do agree with your statement that the protection of the family is the main benefit, in my experience, it is the WIIFM that matters to a majority of clients. For right or wrong...

    • @camminhliu1793
      @camminhliu1793 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Asking that question suck and its too direct. No one plan on dying and they don't really care if they do. You have ask question let them see where the problem

    it talks too much about the money withdraw using life insurance, client can easily argue that they get bigger returns from stock or bonds, which is true.. need to handle this objection effectively

    • @trisTOM
      @trisTOM  5 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      The money withdraw is only available in permanent policies. The video does mentioning this withdraw aspect, but this isn't a large portion of the topic. This is how to approach the conversation of life insurance with a client. We will have a video in the coming weeks that will go over the top objectives clients have and how to overcome them. Be on the lookout! I would love your opinion with that video.

      I always prefer to go more into “emotional” aspects to sell what Life Insurance can do in case they are seek (get a cancer... accident...) or if they are not “here” anymore...

    • @dbanks128
      @dbanks128 5 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      because of policy loans, the client still has the ability to invest in the stock market. they don't have to cash out or cancel the policy. Stocks however, have to be sold in order to allocate the cash elsewhere for higher returns

    • @camminhliu1793
      @camminhliu1793 4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Is not investment tool. Why are you argue with client what better. Ask real problem question. If you in car accident, would you have any worry? What if you got health issure like cancer tomorrow, would you be worry about anything. This a saving account, not investment account

      Its first and main purpose is the death benefit. The living benefits are there if properly funded and the right vehicle is used.

      Leading questions, summarization questions, alignment questioning, etc... -all close ended questions (yes/no) ...play a valuable role in a sales. Including life insurance.
