Can you do a desk breakdown of the financing and what you put in for the land, the construction, and like holding fees, permits etc? Also let us know what they rent for once you secure tenants.
Regarding numbers; what’s the interest rate on the mortgage? How much is each side going to be rented for?

I’m a HighSchool student and want to become a custom house builder after high school. What does it take to become a custom house builder. And do I have go college and what licenses is needed.
You don't need to go to college to become a builder. I would start watching guys on TH-cam that build houses and then see if you can find a local builder in your area that will let you work on the job sites after school. Being around the construction site is the best experience!! Then you will have to take the contractors exam for your state once you have enough experience and money.
A tour is good but numbers are better)

You over paid if that was the cost.... you could build that for $135-$140 sq/ft in Metro Atlanta.
Atl prices are wild. Our labor and material is so much higher
