mr bhaskar. if you are really looking for a commercial success. please utilize hydralic turbines as the input, instead of the a/c and d/c motors. plenty of the canals and the rivers are available on the andhra pradesh under NSP AND up coming Polavaram to deliver at least 60 hp power on each site(even an small branch canal having 3 to 5 feet height can deliver your required HP). as usual ur forcemultiplication is worked out.

It is not good, common error in producing absolutely free energy just from the air. Those flywheels are brown, while they should be green. Here is my scientific explanation.
Brown flywheel will create only 97 Mega Watts of free Brown energy, therefore the green flywheel will produce 52 Giga Watts of blue energy (free), it costs nothing.
The best results are obtained when the flywheel is painted pink, then the pink energy is the best and the rice cooks on pink energy taste the best, just need to add free green pepper.
