Fly wheel energy is FAKE. Fly wheel can only store Kinetic energy ( just like battery store energy in the form of chemical energy). Any storage will have some losses. the loss is determined by efficiency factor of energy transfer. The more energy transfer then the more efficiency factor close to 0.90 to 0.94 etc.
