You might need the J Brace bed reinforcement brackets installed if carrying any significant weight on those bars. However it’s unlikely you’ll have any problems without the braces while you only use the rearmost mounting points for the rails. Posted more for general viewer’s reference than for your information really, in case they are unaware of the need for the bracing even for mounting a hard top canopy apparently.
Funny enough i have grey Raptor and looking to build it up, plus i keep looking at the PENPOD trailers too. The TH-cam Algo sent me here. Look forward to see how you get on
@@Grey_Ranger_Raptor How come your selling? I have an Ikamper top tent as i tow my Racebike to different tracks and sleep in that. Penpods looks great i just dont know if i would use it as much as i think i would.
@@steventilley2064 i’ve kinda got completely addicted to the places these trucks can take you so have some big big plans for next few years and as amazing as the trailer is and perfect for a basecamp the group of mates i go with have all on truck setups and our plan is to share the load somewhat so we can access more remote and tighter to get to places that a trailer complicates a bit. If i could afford two setups i’d keep it.

I live in Australia & have a Next-Gen Ranger Raptor I would absolutely love to do the same, all I would need is the 3D printed items. I already have some extrusion that my father gave me from his factory. Cheers Paul.
fyi the ply box wont hold any weight if you don't place the top piece on top of the sides. At the moment all the weight is carried by about 4 threads of each screw into the end grain of the plywood. will come loose in about 2 months, sooner if it gets wet

what offsets are those Fuel ? stock tyres ?

Its fine glued and screwed with supports you can’t see. Also intrigued to know how u know what length screws i used lol
