just so if anyone who does not play the game is aware. the "thanos skit" is just a silly skit to showcase the different attack and ability traits Magnamalo has(hence called "the Malice Montage") that are base off existing flagship monsters(I ruined the combo with Teostra). He does not go on a quest to "Absorb" powers from different monsters at all in the game. (tho that be cool if thats really a plot point in the game)

They give you crap gear, no food buffs, and an overly strict time limit. It makes you feel like you are fighting late g-rank monsters in high rank gear.

If I'm being honest, I think their Rathian is my favorite monster design. I just love how every monster in the rise universe is coked out of their mind, and I think Rathian pulls off the look best. I'm pretty sure the theme of any Monster Hunter game demo is to make that said "final boss" ridiculously difficult to beat (but not impossible). Nergigante demo was hell, same for Velkhana, but then in the base game they're actually pretty normal.

In the actual game so far he has been underwhelming. He killed me like 10 times in the demo but I've killed him 3 times so far in the full game with no issues

Of course, this backfired once the weapons got loose and vanished into the wild. A bit more time, and the monsters ended up causing so much environmental havoc, as well as doing so much damage to the human settlements, that we end up in the first Monster Hunter games.
You know, with how you had Magnamalo take some of the monster's powers my mind thought of the megaman cartoon and I kept waiting for him to go "Now I have your power!" only for nergigante to punch him off. But the Thanos angle was good too. :P
That Teo and Luna scene fit so well with the music. Big props to you once again NCH, that moment when Magnamalo rips off the Emperor's 'crown' was well done. :D
In the demo I was fighting magnamalo but all the large monsters were invisible for my friends so they would see me getting thrown around by nothing. Their traps would still work, it was hilarious.
Magnamalo was interesting to fight in the main game. He had all of the abilities you mentioned, plus an auto aim tail charge, but myself and a friend both fought him and had two different experiences. In my friends fight he was a chump, my friend used a paralyzing charge axe and somehow managed to stun him each time he got enraged. In the end his fight lasted around 10 minutes. However, I used the wroggi dual blades and had a much more entertaining fight. Unfortunately, I ended up fainting twice, as I was expecting an easier fight. But I was disappointed at how quickly the fight went at around 15 minutes (He doesn’t seem to have a lot of health). I haven’t quite reached the + Magnamalo yet and experienced that. If someone read this far thank you for reading this. If you have any questions or advice feel free to ask.

I noticed he also took the Astalos's multi-stage charge where certain parts would power up based on how much Magnamalo attacked with them.

I've never even played monster hunter all I know about it is Jocat's TerminalMontage's and these videos
In the demo I was fighting magnamalo but all the large monsters were invisible for my friends so they would see me getting thrown around by nothing. Their traps would still work, it was hilarious.
Magnamalo was interesting to fight in the main game. He had all of the abilities you mentioned, plus an auto aim tail charge, but myself and a friend both fought him and had two different experiences. In my friends fight he was a chump, my friend used a paralyzing charge axe and somehow managed to stun him each time he got enraged. In the end his fight lasted around 10 minutes. However, I used the wroggi dual blades and had a much more entertaining fight. Unfortunately, I ended up fainting twice, as I was expecting an easier fight. But I was disappointed at how quickly the fight went at around 15 minutes (He doesn’t seem to have a lot of health). I haven’t quite reached the + Magnamalo yet and experienced that.
