Instrumentation (19 players): 4 marimbas (2 low A, 2 low F; optional low F notes in marimba 2 part and optional low C notes in marimba 4 part), 4 vibes (3 octave), xylophone, glockenspiel, crotales, chimes, 4 timpani, snare drum, bass drum, crash cymbals, 4 concert toms, 2 suspended cymbals, china cymbal (shared between Perc 1 and Perc 2), splash cymbal (shared between Perc 2 and Perc 3), tam tam, triangle, tambourine, wind chimes.
