Five below has that three-tier rack I don't know that it has wheels or not but it's only $5.55 I'd like to get one for assistance in my kitchen since I'm an above knee amputee and use a walker to get around. Basically leaving me with one arm and one leg LOL and I still have daily household chores like cooking and cleaning and dishes and mopping so it would be helpful to get things around my kitchen so thanks for showing that cuz if this one has wheels I may just have to invest in it
