Outside of the select few receivers that are able to get wide open consistently because of how good their route running combined with speed is, nobody would have the same or similar success with an inaccurate quarterback outside of players like Justin Jefferson, Devonte Adam’s, Jamarr, tyreek etc

The touchdown at the 2:37 mark to me is a great example of a touchdown that would not have happened it the NFL hadn’t made rules that “protect” the players. It handicapped the defense and cost the 9’ers the game. I say this objectively as a Dolphins fan first and Saints fan second. I also grew up 40 minutes away from Perdue and am a big time Brees fan. I was super bummed when Miami passed on Drew when he departed the Chargers.
