Get your facts right before you make a video. The Bugatti you mentioned doesn't go that fast. The 'base' model goes 261 mph, but you were reading the specs of the Chiron 300+, which is a totally different car and it's not even a 'real' car. Just wanted to point that out.

You need to credit the creators for the videos you used. If you don't it's considered copyright. I.e. the Bugatti. That first clip is from a smaller channel called (H&R CARS) Just use credit next time. Or use your own videos.
Actually, if he wasn't a Ferrari VIP, and wasn't offered the LaFerrari by Ferrari themselves, he cannot get it for the 1,5M$. The LaFerrari can be independently purchaseddrom luxury car traders for around 3.5M$, so the 1.5 sticker price, is only, if Ferrary approach you with an offer to buy one, which was during the short production cycle.
