I'm very much impressed about the sustainable packaging . Great Idea 👏 Since those boxes are biodegradable ,instead of throwing them in trash we can reuse them as seedling trays or put them in compost bin ! 🌱

Unexpected combination 😂😂 For one film, behind the scenes, I got an opportunity to work with Chaitanya garu. He is a gem. Having such a legendary background, he is so grounded, dignified n gentleman. treats everyone with respect.
He is good, Sam is good, everyone speaks good abt them personally and adore them individually and as a couple then what could possibly go wrong 🤷♀ except compatibility issues

First time I thought of a personcharacter being so sweet - NAGA CHAITANYA
The amount of work goes behind that output is so immense. I'd say its really shows how fine dining should be and I'd love to visit soon. The vision is clearly put on to the table without much of a hassel, love it....! Love the way Chaitanya giving details and answering 'WHY' for each dish and packaging.

Bhayya didn't feel like watching a food vlog edo friends gathering laga anipinchindi esp the way chai was explaining not much known asian culinary.That was very heart warming to watch.
Hi Chai, while the concept of using biodegradable and sustainable packaging is amazing, I wonder why you chose to use mini glass bottle for sauce which I guess is a bit difficult to collect and recycle.
Hope you will take this suggestion into consideration 🙂

GLASS is better than plastic. It can washed and re-used. Also it degrades better than plastic. It can broken and smashed to sand like particles which is silica. Silica can used to remake glass

I used to work for sushi restaurant in Europe,Its JAPANESE CUSINE tastes awesome, authentic sushi is made with Nori,vinegar rice , tuna fish ,salmon fish ,white fish and continental veggies,kudos to chay to bring this cuisine to hyderabad

People who are complaining about price. I just want to speak about avacado truffle sushi.. the 1st one which they had.
Basically truffle is very very very expensive only 25 grams of truffle costs 1000-2000 rupees. It's not grown in India and very very rarely grown in Europe and Australia. Basically imported ingredients.
Even in other countries it's considered to be expensive.
So we can try these once, to satisfy our taste buds. But it's worth it.
