Nice workout. But I want more Challenging stuff. for example, I want a series of 60 minutes targeting each body part. Like, 60 minutes Leg workout, 60 minutes Upper body day, 60 minutes HiiT,Tabata & Cardio, a 60 minutes Chest workout & Back workout, a 60 minute Etc
