      Yes. Looks like Michigan is on the 2021 IPC. I have two books, one for IPC and one for UPC. Make sure to order the one for IPC.

    Would this work for wyes to ??? Like if your doing a riser so everything is vertical if that makes sense

      Yes. A Wye creates a 45 degree angle, so the math is the same for wyes, but you have a different fitting allowance to deduct.

    How do you measure for the run of the pipe

      You can measure from where the pipe is to where it will offset to. Sometimes you have to measure from a parallel wall to each pipe and subtract the difference. You might have to get creative to get a measurement. Hope that makes sense.

      Rodger Wakefield, who kind of drives me nuts sometimes, talks about the firing makeup chart.
      The way Roger explains it confused the crap out of me but you did really well with it.
      Other than a test I probably would have never used it., but the way you do it, made it look usable for more than passing my test
