Cairns is a great place to visit. So much to see and do. First went there nearly 50 years ago when it wasn't so touristy. Claim to fame back then was marlin fishing capital of Australia.

May I know ❤which tour didi you take for the Fitzroy island with guided snorkelling ? As we definitely need a guided tour. Do they guide Yiu all the way throughout the snorkelling
Hey Suzie, this is so amazing! Fitzroy is truly the best place to start snorkelling. I was so scared at first but I got very comfortable. I booked this tour: www.fitzroyisland.com/snorkel-tours/ You can checkout other tours on their website as well. The guide was there with us for throughout the tour and then she let us do it by ourselves and I got pretty confident after that. It was very safe and very beautiful experience.
