So far, this is at the top of my list. Love walking/biking trails, price is good, really interested in the wood/metal working as something to dabble in during retirement. I'm not that interested in golf, but a driving range is nice. Indoor pool and pickle ball is nice too. 5 more years until I get my old geezer badge!!

Are there any Golf coast boating communities reasonable priced 55 plus communities available? How about 55 plus communities near the beach not on however close?
