I'm glad you mentioned the other spirits in the room. Everytime I do meditations like this, there are other spirits that are sitting and observing or reading a book or something and I have no idea why. Spirit helpers! My guide gave me a purple crystal heart and just told me "Go". She always gives me 1 word answers like that.

I wish there was a way to repeatedly listen to guided meditations as if you'd never heard them before, because I'd do this one everyday.
♥ it took me to an ancient japanese temple, at first all i could see was the colour purple coming in waves. then my guardian aproached, it was a white giant rabbit in a rope, he gave me a little white flower in bloom as a gift. Then I cried when i felt loved and cared for. thank you Teal for this experience ♥
I also took me to a japanese temple, at the beginning path to a mountain... but it was a monk with a visible third eye that greeted me... he gave me a golden dublone and said it would help me to understand and that I need to wake up and get out into the world
This was an overwhelming experience for me! I didnt think it would be so emotional. My path lead me through a beautiful forest and to a greek white golden temple with an arched golden door, it was like a greek palace inside. My guide was how he appeared to me in a dream before, in monk clothes, shaved head, calm and wose. This time he was just a golden light figure with those outlines. Without thought, he have me a necklaace. It reminds me a bit of the shape of pocahontas's necklace except the beads were long pasta like shaped blue smooth stone. And it had a diamond shaped pendant on it made of a greyish tan marble or stone, bordered with gold. The second I saw that i started to cry. I cannot rationalize why at all, except my being just knew something so significant about this necklace. It felt ancient and atlantean. It also had sentimental value. And he smiled at me when he held my hand and gave it to me. He told me to remember. To remember who I really am. And i got a sense that he loved me, or that we were lovers in another lifetime. He was so happy and proud of me and told me to stay (where i am in this life) and just to be there. That everything was unfolding like it was planned. I also sensed that he was waiting for me. And other golden light spirits appeared behind him and they all sent love to me. When I heard the music...it was so profound i cried profusely and it was hard to stay in meditation. It was so beautiful. It felt like a near death experience. Something inside me knew that place, those people, him. I cant explain it but it was very surreal and the most warm loving experience i ever had. Thank you Teal, I can't wait to do this again!

I did this and it was magical, all consuming. Then at the end I noticed the sound in my room and it was my cat licking herself and when I opened my eyes, she was staring at me with the craziest expression. Like I was glowing or something. I felt like I was glowing at least. Then we just stared at each other for a really long time. It was strange.
Did this for the first time today despite loving everything Teal since I was 14 and I am in straight up tears of joy. My spirit guide was so beautiful and pure and wise yet so young and full of wonder and knew exactly how to be with me and what to say to me. I finally met my spirit guide and I am speechless. I started to cry when he came forward. He is an elderly man with white hair - a huge man with big, magical white wings. He was dressed in a blue/white set of clothes that looked very angelic. He gave me a small figure of a unicorn and told me to believe in myself more and that I was sorrounded by love and Care. I had goosebumps most of the time also. What a beautiful experience. I feel so warm and loving! Thank you so much for making this video!!
Really? She had me until I was to see my spirit guide...but there was no one there. So I had to pretend. That made me sad because I couldn't think of anything and I really had to pee. So I shut it off.
I enjoyed this! My temple was beautiful, open, bright, oriental, made with high ceilings and bamboo. I sat at a clean picnic style table with my spirit guide. He was a strong, tough looking man that I felt completely comfortable with. He told me I'm dong fine and things will get better. He handed me a tiny owl figurine.
My spirit guide appeared to me like an angel, he gave me a long necklace of white pearls and told me to imagine wearing it everytime I want support so I can feel his presence with me. I felt so good, the room had a pink and lilac light, I wanted to be there forever with my guide! Thank you Teal! ☺️

I was in some kind of medieval living room and my spirit was a woman with a red and white dress and she had long ginger hair,I couldn’t see her face or any distictive features only her hair,and she gave me a pendant that opens and inside there was a photo she told me that in the photo is me. She also grabbed my hands and told me Love yourself..that was magical thank you!

Awesome meditation, Teal. I saw my guide. She was just amaizing. She had raven black hair that went all the way down to the floor, and she appeared dressed in a very long white gown. And the temple was in the shape of one of those old and elegent manor houses from the mid-evil period. The robe was made a thick lavender colored material that felt like 100% egytian cotton. the gift she gave me was an orb of shimmering light that was constantly shifting it's color. She told me that I need to get some things out of my life, but otherwise, I'm on the right path. This was such a cool experience, and I'm going to be using this meditation quite often. Thank you for uploading your videos. You're doing a great service for all of us in the new age community.
I love Teal's voice and everything about her. I am just starting to meditate. It's hard to stay still and present. It was difficult for the questions she was asking to come to me naturally (e.g., "what material is the cloth?" or "what kind of temple was it"?). I guess that is a reflection of how tense and preoccupied my mind and body is at the moment. I sat through it though. One answer came to me organically though (it wasn't forced), and that was nice.
This was an amazing experience. I could visualise everything so clearly with your narration. I met my guide, a mother Coyote who gave me a golden watch and told me to treat my time as precious and to not waste it.
I have just tried this and i saw a beautiful green landscape and an ancient temple of some sort can't tell what it is and then i saw a dark light and a male being came out with greenish-blue eyes and blond hair with white robes and wings. I saw it clearly. He gave me a tiny red rose and told me to show more compassion and love for others and then gave me a warm hug which was felt throughout my body physically. Then he walked me out of a big wooden gate. I didn't believe i was going to see anything but this was amazing i wish i was back in this magical place.
my guide gave me a piece of hematite. she told me it represented the darkness and that i needed to realize how everything is a mixture of both. and that i have been running from it. even when i work on accepting it im still running from it. she reminded me a lot of you. accept she was pure light and energy and drifted like a cloud of steam. she was one of the most beautiful beings ive ever seen. and after she told me what i needed to know i could see my surroundings in a new way. everything was light and energy. i began to cry because it was just so beautiful.
The walk was amazing, the flowers, trees and river were nice looking. I had trouble viewing the temple on the outside and the light on the inside but my table was very long, the garden was brilliant. My gift was a smooth stone and it was given to me to remember how connected I am to nature. My spirit guide did not give me any advice but gave me a very warm embrace as I departed the temple. I struggled feeling the love and hearing the song, the only song I heard was the one playing in the video. I think doing several instances of this will give me a clearer perspective on this beautiful place, I am low vibration though so it was definitely difficult this first time.
Mine was a man, with long blond hair, eyes like a cat, wings like an angel an pointy ears. He was dressed in pale green. His gift was a translucent red crystal sphere, with a yellow light/flame inside. The meaning of the gift was faith, courage and passion. He whispered in my ear his message, but I couldn't hear it, but he said it doesn't matter if I hear it or not, because it will work anyway.
I loved this! When I walked into the temple I could sense (but not directly see them) many loving and welcoming spirits, and I got the feeling that we all knew and loved each other very much. As for my spirit guide, I saw a tall white figure, pretty skinny, long hands, and most likely male. Maybe insect-looking? I couldn't see details that well but I could feel the light and warmth from it and it was so beautiful. I want to say it maybe had praying mantis looking features, or something similar. Did anyone else cry a little and feel a little sad once you had to leave? I felt like I was leaving my friends and family and I felt a little upset that I have to wait and see them again. It was so beautiful, thank you. :)

I enjoyed reading everyone's experiences! My guide is an old white haired Indian. Been trying to learn his name for 30 years! Still didn't find out what it is. He gave me a smooth piece of black obsidian rock. He let me know that it was a memory between us from a long long time ago. It made me cry. He told me to seek out past lives I've lived which is something I never really wanted to do. Thank you Teal.
this didnt feel like 22 minutes. i received a black heart necklace from my spirit guide and he told me telepathically "you are loved". i cried so much, the place felt so familiar to me and the message was really what i needed to hear. will definitely come back. this was a relief ❤ thank you teal
The gate I passed was wooden, in the shape of an upside down bell, the path I walked on was dirt, with conifers on either side of me. I came across a small, bridge, with only enough room for one person. I went across for only a few feet, and looked down to see dark blue waters with misty swirls coming from the surface. Then, I went up the hill, the same as one I walked up during a backpacking trip, with hardwoods, and the path changing from winding to steep. The only flowers I came upon was a variant of snowdrop, clustering before a large grey boulder with lines of moss on it's surface. As I continued upwards on the slope, more boulders appeared,with more and more moss until there was a clearing near the top of the hill where there were was a gathering of mounds of moss covering stones, arranged in a pattern circling a building. The building was small and square, with the design of what I can only describe as a mix of Nordic and Japanese architecture: dipping roof frames, and the dark timber outlining ,in tall rectangles, white walls. The door I couldn't exactly picture, but I knew it was dark, with iron swerves and swivels nailed on. It opened to a cozy but somewhat tight room, with dark walls and ceiling, but oak planks on the floor. As I sit down on the semi-stiff floor, I see A stained glass window across, taking up most of the wall in front of me, glowing and holding back the light beams from entering the "temple". to my right, a clear glass window, disappearing and reappearing, showing a bed of thyme. The pool in the center, 4x4 feet, castes a pale glow as I enter it and lay back. When I get out, I dry myself and put on a bathrobe, the color of which is dark purple-navy blue blend. I see shadows move around me, and I see a red fox appear. I follow it to a small table on the left side of the room, where he places in my hands a broken blue bird. He told me that it was me, and I understood. Furthmore, he mentioned finding love for myself, if that can happen. What the fox said left me uncertain yet hopeful about myself. I got up to the door, where my spirit followed, and grew to embrace me, before I left. On my way down, before the bridge, something sliced a tear into my concentration, from my mind, and it took me a while to get back a resume my journey down. By the end, I closed the gate behind me. What does this mean?
i got to save this and do it again... this was amazing... my purpose has been confirmed, i already knew what it was, but i started to cry. he gave me my voice... i cant sing but i make music... he said basically "u make ur music for the right reasons, and u will touch hearts with it, but u dont use ur voice for u. u dont speak ur mind when it comes to ur self. u let ppl hurt u, and u dont use your voice to say no." thank u so much.

My guide was a bright light and they placed light in my hands. They told me that this was the light within me, and that I have to take care of my body and soul. I have to appreciate who I am.
My spirit guide is made of light (he's an angel), has no features that I can see but I sense he has black eyes (wholly black). He is very tall and warm. He says his name is Ardemis, but has nothing in common with the Greek goddess Artemis. He's telling me he's been with me my whole life and he is helping me fulfill my destiny. I once saw him as a beautiful male with long blonde hair (looking a bit like an elf from lotr). Does anyone else know him? I couldn't find him on the Internet.
This was the First meditation I have ever done. Also the first time I have listened to this and I had an amazing experience. I knew I was conscious, but when I tried to move I couldn't. My whole body feel like a brick. I felt like my physical body was asleep but my mind was awake and alert. It was not until after the meditation was over, did I begin to feel my body again, except my hands and feet were numb. My mother told me that I might have mastered meditation on the first try, how do you know you have reached a meditative state?
+Madeline Zarza The blissful feelings you are encountering are a definite sign of a proper meditation in my experience. As long as you aren't drifting off in thought land. Focus on something, in this case I suppose it's teals voice that you should focus on.

Thank you. This meditation is soothing and lovely. I was able to see my spirit guide, a Native American man who had previously identified himself to me as Red Feather. During this meditation he showed me or perhaps transformed into a spotted leopard--I'm not entirely clear. Curiously, I saw two images of the Buddha. I am a Christian. This speaks to me of a universal truth accessible through various paths.
First time I did this my spirit guide told me to gain self confidence now the second time my spirit guide told me to get up and out of the meditation and get on with work, first time music played nicely and spirit guide gave me a hug. second time death metal music played and spirit guide left all angry that I came back instead of doing my work.
The gift that I received from my spirit guide was my heart in a box on a velvet cushion and he told me telepathically to take care of it as it is precious and practice self love focus ❤
This is the first time I have been able to see and have contact with my spirit guide. Her name is Anouk and she is beautiful! She is hard to describe. She almost looks like the most beautiful flower you've ever seen. She gave me a white rock and told me not to try so hard. I'm blown away right now. I'm happy to have been able to meet her!
I get goosebumps about my experience! It was a good one though. She kind of looked like me in a way, but different. I couldn't get a hold of her face too much because she was glowing. She was really soft spoken and gentle. I woke up and she was standing next to my bed at my hotel and said one more thing to me. I forgot what it was but she gave a gold heart shaped locket with a indigo gem in the center. She was really calm and just kind.
I just wanted to share that I am so happy I decided to listen to this before bed. Even though I fell asleep, my subconscious still received every instruction and the next morning when I woke up, I was (and am still) able to recall my dream and the animals that surfaced in them: wolves. also, i want to share another experience that did not happen while this meditation, but I think it was a message very beautiful. The other day I was doing an activity with a group and we had to hold our hands, sometimes I'm scared to touch other people because I'm sensitive and an empath (not a very skilled one) and it has brought me pain and confusion to be made like this. So, in that moment when I held the hands of the ones next to me, all I asked was protection out of fear of feeling their fears and pain, adding mine to it, and being overloaded and drained. And suddenly, like a flash message came in that instant, so loud in my head that I could only hear that, it said "you come from God, you come from love. you were made with love, to love, you were not made to suffer for who you are" and just like that, I felt this huge desire to give in to the experience, to give into my life.. I'm sharing it because I think this applies to everyone and everything, since God is everythingness! and let's face it, if we are promised a life without suffering we would jump into it in less of a second, and fully live and fully commit and be present
I feel compelled to share only because I don’t want to forget what he said. He was a dark shadow, the images were in flashes of photos and implied feelings. The images were very hard to hold onto so I let them go as they pleased. He gave me an empty glass bottle and I had to ask what it meant, there were no words heard, rather a telepathic receivership of the word “potential” and his message was, after I panicked because I felt it was coming from me rather than anyone actually guiding me the telepathic thought urged, “listen, you have a great capacity to learn.” He felt old, our telepathy was so closely connected it almost felt like the information came from within me. I’d have felt like it was me forcing it had I not been told to listen as if he were telling me to relax and allow. I understand that he is within me, a part of my higher consciousness, however it was a beautiful experience to have him calm the storm within my own disbeliefs to show me, “hey I’m still here, believe and you will learn.” Thank you so much Teal. You always truly help me when I find myself in the darkest moments. You are always a light at the end of the tunnel and inspire me to accept myself and to seek out my own true authenticity. Mine gave me a gold necklace with a shiny, deep dark blue sphere encrusted with multiple miniscule diamonds resembling stars, and it was suspended in a gold crescent moon-like bottom, more or less like a terrestrial globe, but instead of the earth, I just saw the sky, as if the night sky as seen from the earth was inverted. I didn't hear a single word from the one who gave me the necklace, but I didn't feel the need to know anything either. I just held it in my hand for a while and then put it around my neck. I felt the presence of the Orion's Belt, which is my favorite group of stars. I always look for those 3 stars whenever I'm out at night and just stare at them. I've been doing that for years. I used to call them "the three friends". They remind of the 3 wise kings walking on a journey.
First time the gift was a message in a little bottle, second time a small book that could fit in the palm of my hand. And the third time, the earth that I could hold in my hand. I love this guided meditation. Thank you for sharing Teal ❤️
The temple I saw was a castillan inspired chapel a one room temple with a wooden entrance and pointed arch shaped windows. An old man's voice spoke to me to come in before I could even knock. He was full of mirth and happiness. His gift to me was a butterfly, a beautiful butterfly. It means freedom. He told me to watch and love every moment of my life, it will be rewarding. Freedom is my ultimate gift from him. My guide's name is nicholas, told me not to venture too far from the orchard, for I need to go back. I love the place, I ate some lovely fruits from the orchard and they are very juicy. Theyre peaches. He told me my other guide is with me all the time. As i got out of the gate a winged female being embraced me, her name is Jans. She told me to be always be strong and enjoy my journey for she will always take care of me.
My spirit guide was a giant raven that stood like a man; he came forth as a bright light in shape of an angel and fully appeared in Raven form once I sat across from him at the table. The gift handed to me was a glowing ball of light that was white and seemed as though it could take any form. My guide then whispered to me that this was the manifestation of the love and strength that supports and stays with me at all times. Before this was said I had an automatic response to place my hand over heart as if to absorb the energy and complete some part of myself that was meant to be shown/given to me at this particular time in my life. The robe I was given was made of sillk and velvet and of a deep royal purple color. My name was embroidered on the chest in white silk however it was not legible as if this was my name in spirit and not the one of the body I currently possess. That was beautiful. Thank you Teal.

Yes.. it was when I realized that whatever came as the voice told, this Eden place, has been on my path in this human life. Basically; everything I dream of is within reach in the physical. I have everything to be happy and the token that was given in my hand by my deceased father, was a token of pure Love. I feel the need to pas this experience on to some people (souls) as there is a reason for why this came on my path. XXX Thank You So Much
My dad left my mother and me when I was 2-3 years of age,.. leaving my mother with a business and a child to run on her own. It affected me in a huge way (I was daddy's girl) but I know from later before he died that he loved me and my mother so much, still after he made a choice in life, with turned out not to be thé best choice.. I think that's what killed him (he got cancer very young). My mother could not forgive at that time, he had to stay with this other woman and I could tell he wasn't happy. To some point he was because he's (like me) a huge animal lover, unlike my mother and this other woman resonated with him on that level. I think it's funny that this meditation is called 'Spirit Animal Meditation', it's totally in sync with my personal issue and therefore extremely healing.. X Love
it was amazing, i envisioned a nordic longhouse with tall windows and a small tranquil garden, bordered by wheat fields. my guardian was a beautiful girl whose name i already knew. she gave me a turquoise ring and told me to live freely and that she would always be there with me, after i left the gate, i decided to go back, and gave her a wooden ring which a wear in this dimension, and told her that it was a token of my trust and love and that we would always stand by each other. and then we went flying and a whole bunch of other stuff. she gave me the gust of how to see auras but i still cant quite make sense of it. I truly felt at home
My guide was very tall, gracefully elegant and thin with white skin with a gold iridescent sheen and huge crystal blue eyes. She gave me this ancient looking gold ring that looked like twisted vines with a pink stone and she called it the Ring of Knowing. She didn't give me any other message. What a beautiful place. I want to live there!
My guide was bald, asian/indian and was also wearing robes (some other commenters here saw a similar guide, which I find very interesting). He was laughing the whole time, with so much joy and love as he looked at me, and honestly I sobbed the entire time. Seems I have some healing to do. He told me to "Listen," to my heart, I'm sure. He gave me a small, smooth brown stone and I had the impulse to taste it, and it tasted like salt. Salt has cleansing and healing powers as well as powers of protection. Thank you Teal, I will use this meditation again.
I did this guided meditation by Teal once in February while doing the self love course to find my guardian spirit. What happened was this: I went into a cave. A being of shadows gave me back my ruby heart, it said it was done holding it. It turned around and changed into an eagle while it flew up and away. At first, I was upset, I felt abandoned, why would my guardian spirit leave me? Was I so unworthy? I was dismayed that my symbolic heart was so cold and hard. But I see now that I actually integrated in one fell swoop, my shadows left, ( or transmuted, or were accepted, were actually a beautiful, powerful part of me, giving me wings, freedom, strength) leaving me with a beautiful gem of a heart to hold by myself. Me, the whole me and nothing but me. A month after that I left the place and person I was staying with-synchronically, a friend gave me money that she had just inherited to buy my bus ticket. And since then it has changed into a warm fat glowing gold heart.

this was the first time i’ve done a spirit guide meditation and really felt like i met my spirit guide. he was an old man with glasses and round cheeks, and the kindest smile. he told me “just be” and gave me a small circular gold necklace with an emerald in the middle. i didn’t get to hear his full answer, but he said it meant that i am loved. i’ve been really struggling with perfectionism and feeling like i’m not worthy of love if i make one mistake. i’m incredibly grateful for his words and can’t wait to continue on my path of connection.
My female spirit guide gave me a pearl. I have no idea what it means. Also, I felt fear when she had a message for me. I think I froze. I felt cold air swish over my left knee. Interesting experience.
My spirit guide was a man made of wispy blue and white light. When he pulled up his hood he had the face of a smiling Buddha. He taught me how to be playful with life. He gave me a crystal pendulum and told me to "go home". Bless.
I cant stop crying!! My spirit guide was almost a silhouette, just a shadowed figure but i knew he was an old man. he gave me a pink flower. i think it was a hibiscus. he told me i need to take it with me. im not sure what he meant by that. i feel so loved right now and i truly believe everything is going to be okay. i feel protected.
I wasn't able to distinguish my guide so well, I just saw a bright white light and he made me feel very calm and loved. He placed a deep green emerald in my hand and the message I got was very short: "flow". Still trying to make sense of this, but it was wonderful and I'll be trying it again. Thank you.

I've sit through this meditation so many times. A lot of things change but my Spirit guide is always Death. Hooded, smoky, not very tall and with his axe. I never see his face. Everytime he gives me a ring. The ring changed over the time but it's always a ring. Today I got a ring that keeps changing shape, size and colour every time I look at it. And my Spirit guide said that, "Even though it keeps changing, it's beautiful in all it's forms, like you are."
Walking out that door, I was sleeping or in deep trance. But I suddenly woke up, feeling guilty for closing the door, leaving a woman behind in deep sorrow for loosing her baby, while I'm moving on with my life being happy. I've lost two of mye babies. It was me I was leaving behind. a big heartbreaking part of me, that I now can move on from without feeling guilty. Thank you for this!

I'm glad you mentioned the other spirits in the room. Everytime I do meditations like this, there are other spirits that are sitting and observing or reading a book or something and I have no idea why. Spirit helpers! My guide gave me a purple crystal heart and just told me "Go". She always gives me 1 word answers like that.

this was really great, for some reason i couldnt stop crying by remembering the pet that I had when I was a child... I had a strong connection with her.... and there was a moment with her that I will always remember
Wow. This was really beautiful. Made me cry at the end. I had a lot of resistance against not wanting to meditate for 22 minutes, but the time flew. Well done, Teal! I wish there was a way to repeatedly listen to guided meditations as if you'd never heard them before, because I'd do this one everyday.
♥ it took me to an ancient japanese temple, at first all i could see was the colour purple coming in waves. then my guardian aproached, it was a white giant rabbit in a rope, he gave me a little white flower in bloom as a gift. Then I cried when i felt loved and cared for. thank you Teal for this experience ♥
I also took me to a japanese temple, at the beginning path to a mountain... but it was a monk with a visible third eye that greeted me... he gave me a golden dublone and said it would help me to understand and that I need to wake up and get out into the world

This was an overwhelming experience for me! I didnt think it would be so emotional.
My path lead me through a beautiful forest and to a greek white golden temple with an arched golden door, it was like a greek palace inside. My guide was how he appeared to me in a dream before, in monk clothes, shaved head, calm and wose. This time he was just a golden light figure with those outlines.
Without thought, he have me a necklaace. It reminds me a bit of the shape of pocahontas's necklace except the beads were long pasta like shaped blue smooth stone. And it had a diamond shaped pendant on it made of a greyish tan marble or stone, bordered with gold.
The second I saw that i started to cry. I cannot rationalize why at all, except my being just knew something so significant about this necklace. It felt ancient and atlantean. It also had sentimental value. And he smiled at me when he held my hand and gave it to me. He told me to remember. To remember who I really am. And i got a sense that he loved me, or that we were lovers in another lifetime. He was so happy and proud of me and told me to stay (where i am in this life) and just to be there. That everything was unfolding like it was planned.
I also sensed that he was waiting for me. And other golden light spirits appeared behind him and they all sent love to me. When I heard the music...it was so profound i cried profusely and it was hard to stay in meditation. It was so beautiful. It felt like a near death experience.
Something inside me knew that place, those people, him. I cant explain it but it was very surreal and the most warm loving experience i ever had.

I did this and it was magical, all consuming. Then at the end I noticed the sound in my room and it was my cat licking herself and when I opened my eyes, she was staring at me with the craziest expression. Like I was glowing or something. I felt like I was glowing at least. Then we just stared at each other for a really long time. It was strange.

I finally met my spirit guide and I am speechless. I started to cry when he came forward. He is an elderly man with white hair - a huge man with big, magical white wings. He was dressed in a blue/white set of clothes that looked very angelic. He gave me a small figure of a unicorn and told me to believe in myself more and that I was sorrounded by love and Care. I enjoyed this! My temple was beautiful, open, bright, oriental, made with high ceilings and bamboo. I sat at a clean picnic style table with my spirit guide. He was a strong, tough looking man that I felt completely comfortable with. He told me I'm dong fine and things will get better. He handed me a tiny owl figurine.
My spirit guide appeared to me like an angel, he gave me a long necklace of white pearls and told me to imagine wearing it everytime I want support so I can feel his presence with me. I felt so good, the room had a pink and lilac light, I wanted to be there forever with my guide! Thank you Teal! ☺️

I was in some kind of medieval living room and my spirit was a woman with a red and white dress and she had long ginger hair,I couldn’t see her face or any distictive features only her hair,and she gave me a pendant that opens and inside there was a photo she told me that in the photo is me. She also grabbed my hands and told me Love yourself..that was magical thank you!

Awesome meditation, Teal. I saw my guide. She was just amaizing. She had raven black hair that went all the way down to the floor, and she appeared dressed in a very long white gown. And the temple was in the shape of one of those old and elegent manor houses from the mid-evil period. The robe was made a thick lavender colored material that felt like 100% egytian cotton. the gift she gave me was an orb of shimmering light that was constantly shifting it's color. She told me that I need to get some things out of my life, but otherwise, I'm on the right path. This was such a cool experience, and I'm going to be using this meditation quite often. Thank you for uploading your videos. You're doing a great service for all of us in the new age community.

I love Teal's voice and everything about her. I am just starting to meditate. It's hard to stay still and present. It was difficult for the questions she was asking to come to me naturally (e.g., "what material is the cloth?" or "what kind of temple was it"?). I guess that is a reflection of how tense and preoccupied my mind and body is at the moment. I sat through it though. One answer came to me organically though (it wasn't forced), and that was nice.
This was an amazing experience. I could visualise everything so clearly with your narration. I met my guide, a mother Coyote who gave me a golden watch and told me to treat my time as precious and to not waste it.
I love this style of meditation so much, it magically transports you to another world, she should make more
I have just tried this and i saw a beautiful green landscape and an ancient temple of some sort can't tell what it is and then i saw a dark light and a male being came out with greenish-blue eyes and blond hair with white robes and wings. I saw it clearly. He gave me a tiny red rose and told me to show more compassion and love for others and then gave me a warm hug which was felt throughout my body physically. Then he walked me out of a big wooden gate. I didn't believe i was going to see anything but this was amazing i wish i was back in this magical place.
my guide gave me a piece of hematite. she told me it represented the darkness and that i needed to realize how everything is a mixture of both. and that i have been running from it. even when i work on accepting it im still running from it. she reminded me a lot of you. accept she was pure light and energy and drifted like a cloud of steam. she was one of the most beautiful beings ive ever seen. and after she told me what i needed to know i could see my surroundings in a new way. everything was light and energy. i began to cry because it was just so beautiful.

The walk was amazing, the flowers, trees and river were nice looking. I had trouble viewing the temple on the outside and the light on the inside but my table was very long, the garden was brilliant. My gift was a smooth stone and it was given to me to remember how connected I am to nature. My spirit guide did not give me any advice but gave me a very warm embrace as I departed the temple. I struggled feeling the love and hearing the song, the only song I heard was the one playing in the video. I think doing several instances of this will give me a clearer perspective on this beautiful place, I am low vibration though so it was definitely difficult this first time.

Mine was a man, with long blond hair, eyes like a cat, wings like an angel an pointy ears. He was dressed in pale green.
His gift was a translucent red crystal sphere, with a yellow light/flame inside. The meaning of the gift was faith, courage and passion.
He whispered in my ear his message, but I couldn't hear it, but he said it doesn't matter if I hear it or not, because it will work anyway.
I loved this! When I walked into the temple I could sense (but not directly see them) many loving and welcoming spirits, and I got the feeling that we all knew and loved each other very much.
As for my spirit guide, I saw a tall white figure, pretty skinny, long hands, and most likely male. Maybe insect-looking? I couldn't see details that well but I could feel the light and warmth from it and it was so beautiful. I want to say it maybe had praying mantis looking features, or something similar.
Did anyone else cry a little and feel a little sad once you had to leave? I felt like I was leaving my friends and family and I felt a little upset that I have to wait and see them again.

He gave me a smooth piece of black obsidian rock. He let me know that it was a memory between us from a long long time ago. It made me cry. this didnt feel like 22 minutes. i received a black heart necklace from my spirit guide and he told me telepathically "you are loved". i cried so much, the place felt so familiar to me and the message was really what i needed to hear. will definitely come back. this was a relief ❤ thank you teal
The gate I passed was wooden, in the shape of an upside down bell, the path I walked on was dirt, with conifers on either side of me. I came across a small, bridge, with only enough room for one person. I went across for only a few feet, and looked down to see dark blue waters with misty swirls coming from the surface. Then, I went up the hill, the same as one I walked up during a backpacking trip, with hardwoods, and the path changing from winding to steep. The only flowers I came upon was a variant of snowdrop, clustering before a large grey boulder with lines of moss on it's surface. As I continued upwards on the slope, more boulders appeared,with more and more moss until there was a clearing near the top of the hill where there were was a gathering of mounds of moss covering stones, arranged in a pattern circling a building. The building was small and square, with the design of what I can only describe as a mix of Nordic and Japanese architecture: dipping roof frames, and the dark timber outlining ,in tall rectangles, white walls. The door I couldn't exactly picture, but I knew it was dark, with iron swerves and swivels nailed on. It opened to a cozy but somewhat tight room, with dark walls and ceiling, but oak planks on the floor. As I sit down on the semi-stiff floor, I see A stained glass window across, taking up most of the wall in front of me, glowing and holding back the light beams from entering the "temple". to my right, a clear glass window, disappearing and reappearing, showing a bed of thyme. The pool in the center, 4x4 feet, castes a pale glow as I enter it and lay back. When I get out, I dry myself and put on a bathrobe, the color of which is dark purple-navy blue blend. I see shadows move around me, and I see a red fox appear. I follow it to a small table on the left side of the room, where he places in my hands a broken blue bird. He told me that it was me, and I understood. Furthmore, he mentioned finding love for myself, if that can happen. What the fox said left me uncertain yet hopeful about myself. I got up to the door, where my spirit followed, and grew to embrace me, before I left. On my way down, before the bridge, something sliced a tear into my concentration, from my mind, and it took me a while to get back a resume my journey down. By the end, I closed the gate behind me. What does this mean?

My spirit guide is made of light (he's an angel), has no features that I can see but I sense he has black eyes (wholly black). He is very tall and warm. He says his name is Ardemis, but has nothing in common with the Greek goddess Artemis. He's telling me he's been with me my whole life and he is helping me fulfill my destiny. I once saw him as a beautiful male with long blonde hair (looking a bit like an elf from lotr). Does anyone else know him? I couldn't find him on the Internet.
This was the First meditation I have ever done. Also the first time I have listened to this and I had an amazing experience.
I knew I was conscious, but when I tried to move I couldn't. My whole body feel like a brick. I felt like my physical body was asleep but my mind was awake and alert. It was not until after the meditation was over, did I begin to feel my body again, except my hands and feet were numb. My mother told me that I might have mastered meditation on the first try, how do you know you have reached a meditative state?
+Madeline Zarza The blissful feelings you are encountering are a definite sign of a proper meditation in my experience. As long as you aren't drifting off in thought land. Focus on something, in this case I suppose it's teals voice that you should focus on.

Thank you. This meditation is soothing and lovely. I was able to see my spirit guide, a Native American man who had previously identified himself to me as Red Feather. During this meditation he showed me or perhaps transformed into a spotted leopard--I'm not entirely clear. Curiously, I saw two images of the Buddha. I am a Christian. This speaks to me of a universal truth accessible through various paths.

First time I did this my spirit guide told me to gain self confidence now the second time my spirit guide told me to get up and out of the meditation and get on with work, first time music played nicely and spirit guide gave me a hug. second time death metal music played and spirit guide left all angry that I came back instead of doing my work.

I get goosebumps about my experience! It was a good one though. She kind of looked like me in a way, but different. I couldn't get a hold of her face too much because she was glowing. She was really soft spoken and gentle. I woke up and she was standing next to my bed at my hotel and said one more thing to me. I forgot what it was but she gave a gold heart shaped locket with a indigo gem in the center. She was really calm and just kind.
I just wanted to share that I am so happy I decided to listen to this before bed. Even though I fell asleep, my subconscious still received every instruction and the next morning when I woke up, I was (and am still) able to recall my dream and the animals that surfaced in them: wolves. also, i want to share another experience that did not happen while this meditation, but I think it was a message very beautiful. The other day I was doing an activity with a group and we had to hold our hands, sometimes I'm scared to touch other people because I'm sensitive and an empath (not a very skilled one) and it has brought me pain and confusion to be made like this. So, in that moment when I held the hands of the ones next to me, all I asked was protection out of fear of feeling their fears and pain, adding mine to it, and being overloaded and drained. And suddenly, like a flash message came in that instant, so loud in my head that I could only hear that, it said "you come from God, you come from love. you were made with love, to love, you were not made to suffer for who you are" and just like that, I felt this huge desire to give in to the experience, to give into my life.. I'm sharing it because I think this applies to everyone and everything, since God is everythingness! and let's face it, if we are promised a life without suffering we would jump into it in less of a second, and fully live and fully commit and be present
I feel compelled to share only because I don’t want to forget what he said. He was a dark shadow, the images were in flashes of photos and implied feelings. The images were very hard to hold onto so I let them go as they pleased. He gave me an empty glass bottle and I had to ask what it meant, there were no words heard, rather a telepathic receivership of the word “potential” and his message was, after I panicked because I felt it was coming from me rather than anyone actually guiding me the telepathic thought urged, “listen, you have a great capacity to learn.” He felt old, our telepathy was so closely connected it almost felt like the information came from within me. I’d have felt like it was me forcing it had I not been told to listen as if he were telling me to relax and allow. I understand that he is within me, a part of my higher consciousness, however it was a beautiful experience to have him calm the storm within my own disbeliefs to show me, “hey I’m still here, believe and you will learn.”

Mine gave me a gold necklace with a shiny, deep dark blue sphere encrusted with multiple miniscule diamonds resembling stars, and it was suspended in a gold crescent moon-like bottom, more or less like a terrestrial globe, but instead of the earth, I just saw the sky, as if the night sky as seen from the earth was inverted.
I didn't hear a single word from the one who gave me the necklace, but I didn't feel the need to know anything either. I just held it in my hand for a while and then put it around my neck.
I felt the presence of the Orion's Belt, which is my favorite group of stars. I always look for those 3 stars whenever I'm out at night and just stare at them. I've been doing that for years. I used to call them "the three friends". They remind of the 3 wise kings walking on a journey.

The temple I saw was a castillan inspired chapel a one room temple with a wooden entrance and pointed arch shaped windows. An old man's voice spoke to me to come in before I could even knock. He was full of mirth and happiness. His gift to me was a butterfly, a beautiful butterfly. It means freedom. He told me to watch and love every moment of my life, it will be rewarding. Freedom is my ultimate gift from him. My guide's name is nicholas, told me not to venture too far from the orchard, for I need to go back. I love the place, I ate some lovely fruits from the orchard and they are very juicy. Theyre peaches.
He told me my other guide is with me all the time. As i got out of the gate a winged female being embraced me, her name is Jans. She told me to be always be strong and enjoy my journey for she will always take care of me.
My spirit guide was a giant raven that stood like a man; he came forth as a bright light in shape of an angel and fully appeared in Raven form once I sat across from him at the table. The gift handed to me was a glowing ball of light that was white and seemed as though it could take any form. My guide then whispered to me that this was the manifestation of the love and strength that supports and stays with me at all times. Before this was said I had an automatic response to place my hand over heart as if to absorb the energy and complete some part of myself that was meant to be shown/given to me at this particular time in my life. The robe I was given was made of sillk and velvet and of a deep royal purple color. My name was embroidered on the chest in white silk however it was not legible as if this was my name in spirit and not the one of the body I currently possess. That was beautiful. Thank you Teal.

Yes.. it was when I realized that whatever came as the voice told, this Eden place, has been on my path in this human life. Basically; everything I dream of is within reach in the physical. I have everything to be happy and the token that was given in my hand by my deceased father, was a token of pure Love. I feel the need to pas this experience on to some people (souls) as there is a reason for why this came on my path. XXX Thank You So Much
My dad left my mother and me when I was 2-3 years of age,.. leaving my mother with a business and a child to run on her own. It affected me in a huge way (I was daddy's girl) but I know from later before he died that he loved me and my mother so much, still after he made a choice in life, with turned out not to be thé best choice.. I think that's what killed him (he got cancer very young). My mother could not forgive at that time, he had to stay with this other woman and I could tell he wasn't happy. To some point he was because he's (like me) a huge animal lover, unlike my mother and this other woman resonated with him on that level. I think it's funny that this meditation is called 'Spirit Animal Meditation', it's totally in sync with my personal issue and therefore extremely healing.. X Love
it was amazing, i envisioned a nordic longhouse with tall windows and a small tranquil garden, bordered by wheat fields. my guardian was a beautiful girl whose name i already knew. she gave me a turquoise ring and told me to live freely and that she would always be there with me, after i left the gate, i decided to go back, and gave her a wooden ring which a wear in this dimension, and told her that it was a token of my trust and love and that we would always stand by each other. and then we went flying and a whole bunch of other stuff. she gave me the gust of how to see auras but i still cant quite make sense of it. I truly felt at home

My spirit angel is a cartoon; Minnie. She gave me a watch and told me 11.11 is my time and I could make a small wish every time when it hits 11.11pm.
My guide was very tall, gracefully elegant and thin with white skin with a gold iridescent sheen and huge crystal blue eyes. She gave me this ancient looking gold ring that looked like twisted vines with a pink stone and she called it the Ring of Knowing. She didn't give me any other message.
What a beautiful place. I want to live there!
My guide was bald, asian/indian and was also wearing robes (some other commenters here saw a similar guide, which I find very interesting). He was laughing the whole time, with so much joy and love as he looked at me, and honestly I sobbed the entire time. Seems I have some healing to do. He told me to "Listen," to my heart, I'm sure. He gave me a small, smooth brown stone and I had the impulse to taste it, and it tasted like salt. Salt has cleansing and healing powers as well as powers of protection. Thank you Teal, I will use this meditation again.
I did this guided meditation by Teal once in February while doing the self love course to find my guardian spirit.
What happened was this:
I went into a cave.
A being of shadows gave me back my ruby heart, it said it was done holding it. It turned around and changed into an eagle while it flew up and away.
At first, I was upset, I felt abandoned, why would my guardian spirit leave me? Was I so unworthy? I was dismayed that my symbolic heart was so cold and hard.
But I see now that I actually integrated in one fell swoop, my shadows left, ( or transmuted, or were accepted, were actually a beautiful, powerful part of me, giving me wings, freedom, strength) leaving me with a beautiful gem of a heart to hold by myself. Me, the whole me and nothing but me.
A month after that I left the place and person I was staying with-synchronically, a friend gave me money that she had just inherited to buy my bus ticket.
And since then it has changed into a warm fat glowing gold heart.
I would have never thought I would experience something like that!! It was so relaxing so beautiful and the best part it's that I met my spiritual guide, it brings tears to my eyes when he handled me the gift of love. thank you teal, you're a blessing ❤❤❤
The gifts I received was a glowing piece of moonstone. My spirit guy said it was pure love and pure light.

this was the first time i’ve done a spirit guide meditation and really felt like i met my spirit guide. he was an old man with glasses and round cheeks, and the kindest smile. he told me “just be” and gave me a small circular gold necklace with an emerald in the middle. i didn’t get to hear his full answer, but he said it meant that i am loved. i’ve been really struggling with perfectionism and feeling like i’m not worthy of love if i make one mistake. i’m incredibly grateful for his words and can’t wait to continue on my path of connection.

My female spirit guide gave me a pearl. I have no idea what it means. Also, I felt fear when she had a message for me. I think I froze. I felt cold air swish over my left knee. Interesting experience.

My spirit guide was a man made of wispy blue and white light. When he pulled up his hood he had the face of a smiling Buddha. He taught me how to be playful with life. He gave me a crystal pendulum and told me to "go home". Bless.

I cant stop crying!! My spirit guide was almost a silhouette, just a shadowed figure but i knew he was an old man. he gave me a pink flower. i think it was a hibiscus. he told me i need to take it with me. im not sure what he meant by that. i feel so loved right now and i truly believe everything is going to be okay. i feel protected.

I wasn't able to distinguish my guide so well, I just saw a bright white light and he made me feel very calm and loved. He placed a deep green emerald in my hand and the message I got was very short: "flow".
Still trying to make sense of this, but it was wonderful and I'll be trying it again. Thank you.
So I had to come back & leave another comment. Since I've done this meditation, I've been having these intense images & colors when I close my eyes. I'm an amateur artist so it is really cool inspiration for me. Also very vivid dreams. Anyone else?
This meditation was pure beauty and joy!
I've sit through this meditation so many times. A lot of things change but my Spirit guide is always Death. Hooded, smoky, not very tall and with his axe. I never see his face.
Everytime he gives me a ring. The ring changed over the time but it's always a ring.
Today I got a ring that keeps changing shape, size and colour every time I look at it. And my Spirit guide said that, "Even though it keeps changing, it's beautiful in all it's forms, like you are."

Walking out that door, I was sleeping or in deep trance. But I suddenly woke up, feeling guilty for closing the door, leaving a woman behind in deep sorrow for loosing her baby, while I'm moving on with my life being happy.
I've lost two of mye babies.
It was me I was leaving behind. a big heartbreaking part of me, that I now can move on from without feeling guilty. Thank you for this!
