I love district of Columbia.....but for me hawai was best......I think if miss usa would have crowned all their 1st runner ups as their miss usa till 2019 ...they would definitely hv got 2 crowns if not more......the first runnerup are way better then winners ....only the last question cannot decide the winner ......1st runner up be it New Jersey 2017 .....2018 or 2019 new mexico .....I swear they have everything to be miss universe
