yeah, the play with tactical would have been to use it on gatekeeper so that you recover one, then when they swing they hit in security, you play it again, recover one and then you have the minus security effect. they would have had to burn the sunrise on the deathx as well. GG though. This was fun to watch
That would have been ideal, but that would have meant that I'd have to wait a turn to do that play, since playing the gatekeeper would have passed my turn with the memory spent.
Both starmon and spiral masquerade deleting dorulumon should still allow it to save but xrosheart put it in trash. It didn't end up mattering but it could've since it meant when angie was played there was no dorulumon which would've killed the starmon saving a damage, as well as it not being there increasing the cost of both x4 and x5 that he played to end the game
He likely drew into the additional copies of x4 from the first x4 effect, drawing for turn, or from evoing. I would call it a misplay to assuming the cards on the top of your deck are the exact ones you need. Also, on the turn that he blocked, I was attacking his suspended sparrowmon, so either way he was losing a body.
I feel Reapers, in it's current state just cannot keep up with the speed of the BT10 meta. It can hold its own in a more casual, local tournament setting but I don't think it can hold a flame in regional and up events.
I got the Azulongmon playmat custom made by Paomangamats and is one of a kind. You can commission them to make one for you with any Digimon as the focus and cards in the background. You can find them on Facebook or instagram
@@DigiBurst Thank you for answering! also i have a few questions about your blue hybrid deck, are you going to change a few cards on ex3? also i don't have the Deathxmons what do you think i could replace them with? i was thinking about getting 1 azulong and 1 hexeblau
Sourai definitely has a spot, though I haven't tested with it yet, so I don't know exactly where it would go. If you don't have deathxmon, I'd move towards just more tamers, since I was definitely missing the higher tamer count from previous builds.
xros so far seems like a mistake in card design. its too powerful and too quick and too resilient. I try to give benefit of the doubt but it seems like a good example of how brutal the mechanic-specific power creep is in this game so far. Bandai needs to calm down a bit
Bandai is slowing down on the rate they introduce new mechanics, but the newer mechanics (Xros, dna, and hybrid) seem a lot more impactful in the set they are introduced than in previous sets.
Does the shout draw 2 card? I seen him draw 1 on the 1st match on the 1st time ot came out then draw 2 the 2nd time it came out sorry I don't know the combo there
Can you time stamp me? I'm sure it was just obscured in some way. I have this running at 1.5 speed, so the hands might be moving too fast. Also, because the hand aren't in shot, it's harder to follow draws.
X4 probably activated its at end off attack effect to delete itself to unsuspend a tamer and save material. This way, if he has multiple x4s, he can loop the materials to continuous attack.

Another worry is that if they crimson blaze then gate keeper wont come out
@@UpgradeBob exactly. Since reaper have big boards. Activating crimson prior to attacking gatekeeper in security, will be cheap af.
Congrats on 1500 pal!
Thank you! 🥰 🥰

Excellent point!
xros heart player should NOT have blocked with the green digimon game 1, then he would of had enough swings for game on his turn.
huge mistake

@@DigiBurst theres no reason to block that early in the game, he could of had any of the tamers come out and give him another rfree body.
I wasn't attack his security, so no tamers would be coming out regardless.
The reason he blocked was because he valued the draw he was getting from the sparrowmon hit
@@DigiBurst OOO my bad then. It was a good block in that case

If i would draw like the xros player in the first Game….
You're telling me. I was on the receiving end! 🤣

On face value, this seems to be the case. I want to withhold judgement for a few weeks, though, and see how the meta shifts to counter it.
@@DigiBurst yeah I agree. Don’t want to judge too much rn but feels like every set is just introducing new mechanics or warping more than it should.

If it’s shout x4 the on play is draw 2
x4 swung into security and hit a starmon and... died? what? some explain cuz this is actual bs.
