Nice! I see you have a heat gun. I still have mine from being in the military. We used them to heat the polish to a mirror finish on our black boots. :) I see it's great with resin now too! ;)

Does the resin mixture need to be thick for the cells to appear when the heat gun is applied? I tried this and the resin just moved around

What setting is your heat set too?
How come you some times use clear resin as a base and sometimes you don’t? I’m new to resin! Your videos inspired me so I bought everything haha I wanna learn all the techniques
What other PPE do you recommend besides gloves? I noticed two layers of gloves. Can you share what material please?

Thank you! No silicone... silicone and resin do not mix. The cells are byproducts of the base tint and the paste combining. One has a higher density and "sinks" leaving the cells.
How many ounces of resin did you use pls?

one question, I'm trying to build my lazy susan out of concrete and then pouring resin on top of it. I have no experience in this so I wonder if I have to seal the concrete before pouring epoxy on top of it? also what kind of concrete seal would you guys recommend? Also, would I need to apply a top coal, or seal it after I've done pouring? Thank you.
How long does it take to dry?

Thanks! It's not hung on a wall. It's a lazy susan sitting on a countertop.

Thank you! I remove the tape after it's set but not completely dried.

Did you do a 2nd coat on top the next day or was there enough resin on it? It was spectacular.

Holly wow! This is by far the best one I've seen yet and I've watched hundreds to thousands of pour videos and alike. I hope you can tell me, at the least a guess, what would you say the total cost of resin/products were used here? I want to work with resin the same way but I fear I won't be able to keep up with the addiction it will create once I start😓 thanks for the video! really amazing piece 💞
Thank you! I used 8oz of Pro marine Supplies epoxy which costs me roughly $2.30 per ounce = $18.40 in resin. The pigments can get costly but you only use a tiny fraction for each piece.

Did you use stone coat epoxy. I have some I need to use up.I bought some of their Art resin and don’t like it as well as the countertop epoxy. It doesn’t move as well.
