Glad you enjoyed our little slice of paradise, here in the Cassiar region. You will have to come back for a visit to Telegraph Creek and Glenora on "highway" 51 along the Stikine. It is some of the most spectacular country anyone ever sees.
So fantastic to see that moose in the pond! I still get excited when I see dolphins off of our boat (and I have seen thousands and thousands). Some things never get old! Nice lake and campground! I envy your ability to slow down... soon!
What to do in 'Jade City' ..my suggestion would be avoiding the pot holes :-) The mirrored reflections in that lake was beyond words, hey the road will be there AFTER you stop to enjoy the journey, so why not ? Thank you for sharing !
There sure were a lot of potholes weren’t they? That was our thought... take your time and enjoy the trip back. It’s always our plan to do that but even after being gone so long on the Alaska trip we still did better. Thanks for watching and always being such a great part of our journeys. You rock!
Nothing wrong with stopping to take in the scenery! Our time on this precious planet of ours is very short! Looks like you guys are making the most of it! That pic of the lake with the paddle board was phenomenal! Would be beautiful framed.
It really is hard to capture the true beauty of Alaska, it makes us so happy to hear that maybe we were able to share part of it with you. Thanks for watching.
Really interesting today, especially liked the moose, the museum, the cub and watching you eating dinner around a fire. Maggie on the job watching out the window, protecting her pack. Liked the music in the museum, the woman singing harmonies about home. Thanks for taking us, we are enjoying every minute together. 🌲
Holy moly. Much love. I was gonna say hey that is the first time I’ve seen you build a fire but you beat me to it. Ember jumped to help Maggie with the squirrel 🐿 but of course she just ran around around the van. Beautiful lake shots. Miss you guys. Big hugs!
It’s a very simple recipe that my dad use to make but I’ll be glad to share. It’s just hamburger, onion, cream of mushroom soup, salt and pepper and garlic on rice. Thanks for watching.
Beautiful campsite. Are there names to the 2 campgrounds you stayed at? I agree with you Owen. Those large caravans aren’t for me either. Similar to large group motorcycle trips. Too many riders seem to create too many challenges, from lodging to safety. Much Smaller groups are perfect for me, as was the 2 or 3 vans you and Lynn were traveling with. Thanks again for taking us along on your wonderful journey. 💁🏻♂️💁🏼♀️🐶❤️
Maggie is a cute cute dog. Perfect size for traveling in a van, too. What breed is she? Not spoiled at all I sure. Does she usually get her own plate at dinner or was that a special campfire treat?
Maggie is a rescue, she found us while we were on a hike one day. The vet says she is part boarder terrier. She is very sweet and we think she’s a perfect size too. She brings us so much joy and makes us smile on a daily basis. No, she does not usually get her own plate at dinner, but she does usually get a taste of what we are eating. She is not spoiled at all. LOL. Thanks for watching and commenting.
Great video, just like to know the name of the provincial campground you stayed at with the beautiful view of the lake, headed that way in July thanks again.
I believe the name of the campground was Dease Lake provincial park campground. It was absolutely beautiful there. Have a wonderful trip and safe travels.
Just curious do you ware a Fitbit or any device to measure mileage ? You’ve sure done a lot of hiking in Alaska. I imagine the results would be astounding. Another great video ! Hey Lynn time to break out the clippers again. Maggie is starting to look like a Wilderness pup 😁
We both wear an Apple Watch that keeps up with the miles we walk. I really like begin able to keep up with how much we a moving. I’ll make sure we get the clippers out for Maggie. Thanks for watching.
Great video but think you should bring back that good looking girl and chubby guy that you were with last video. Maybe go to Smithers with them. Miss you guys.
Can't wait to bring them back. And if you are chubby then there aren't green lights in Smithers. 😂 We miss you two a lot. The next video will be getting to Stewart and then Salmon Glacier and then Smithers.

That you for the suggestions, we will put it on our list when we go back.
Beautiful trip thanks for sharing!
Thanks for taking me down the 37 again. I drove that road with my dad many times as a teenager. Actually it’s my husband speaking.
It’s a beautiful drive so sure. Thanks so much for watching.
Wow! The scenery seems to get better. Eating by a fire seems to make everything better. As always, thanks for taking us along.
There is beauty everywhere we go. Thanks for following along.
Be safe coming home. Beautiful video again.
Always safe. We appreciate you watching and commenting.
Man what a beautiful site and park. The water looked so peaceful. Safe travels guys. Cheers!!!
Our favorite park on the trip, it was absolutely beautiful. Thanks for watching! Cheers to you!!!

Any kind of wildlife never gets old and we love to see dolphins when we travel to Florida. Thanks for watching and commenting.

I couldn’t agree more. We have pictures from this trip we hope to frame and hang on the wall. Thanks so much for watching.
Loved this video. That lake was beautiful and smooth as glass. We have watched your entire journey and it has been wonderful. Thanks for sharing...
The lake was one of my favorite stops... it was so beautiful. Thank you for following our journey.
You two have certainly given Alaska the stellar review it deserves. Top of our list for a long easy pace visit. Fabulous coverage. Thank you.

Thank you for showing me how I want to make my next trip back to Alaska. I have truly enjoyed your videos.
What a wonderful comment thank you so much.

Thanks for watching guys... it’s good to keep in touch watching each other’s videos. Miss you all!
Great strategy on the journey home. Sometimes when we travel I can't stand for it all to end. Good thing there is another adventure ahead.
We were sad to see this adventure end, but you are correct there’s is aways another. Thanks for the reminder and for watching.
Beautiful video, now you have to share that recipe for the rest of us van cookers😄
It’s a very simple recipe that my dad use to make but I’ll be glad to share. It’s just hamburger, onion, cream of mushroom soup, salt and pepper and garlic on rice. Thanks for watching.
I just love your videos and experience, one of my plans next summer to go into BC.
BC is beautiful, we could not recommend it more. Thanks so much for watching and commenting.

The names of the campgrounds are Dease Lake Provincial Park and Boya Lake Provincial Park. We really appreciate you watching and comments.
We drove to Alaska in 2017, didn't take the Cassier. We plan to drive it north next year!
It was a wonderful drive.
