    Spencer, do you think is necessary to use water to finish the job? I noticed you don’t use water and I actually don’t think it’s necessary but I remember a customer asked me one day whether I was going to use water or not. He probably didn’t know much about it. Just want to get your perspective because I’m not sure if customers expect pressure washing as part of the job.

    yo your videos have been a godsend. i just started my own company and i worked my first job, for my landlord, yesterday. that moss was pretty hard to get off in the rain though. do you work in the pouring rain too? thanks again for everything.

    PRICING depends on where you live (localities). $199.00 in Oregon may be right for there. But, here in NW Arkansas, $100.00-$120 is pushing it. These people have money and lots of it just looking at their dwelling!

    Ive started my LLC! Ive been very friendly and professional! Ive gone to 2 places of business and they took my business card! They both said that the owner isnt here and im sure theyre interested! No follow up call! Im very discouraged!

      Sometimes yup! If they need unclogging I’ll take the hose and flush them out
