@@Picsou313 I don't think there's been an EF5 in China in recent memory; an EF3 in June 2016, however, destroyed almost 200 houses, and an EF4 in July 2016 destroyed almost every farmhouse it hit as well as a factory. There's only one recorded case of an EF5 hitting a skyscraper in the US, that I know of: Lubbock, TX. The skyscraper remained standing. good effort though man, maybe next time
This is China. Not the US. The difference is in China the buildings don't fly away like American plywood houses do. It's weird that the US is a rich country but they can't afford concrete houses.

The reason they almost never do hit cities is because bigger cities aren't built in the path of tornado active areas / didn't survive well enough to evolve into a city of real scale
5 people were killed and 80 some injured. Hundreds of homes were damaged and hectares of crops were also damaged.
How were they killed? Did they run around outside?
Tornados are unbelievable to me ….
Amazing and Totally Awesome😮
tf you mean…
I've never seen a tornado going DIRECTLY through tall buildings and the building themselves remain standing...
Yes because it's not america and buildings are not made of cardboard

I pray no one was injured or killed 🙏🏻
No. These are empty buildings made of shoddy materials. They’re mostly for show. It’s basically just a model.

Three per year aye? Lucky I guess but still this is a big one right in a metropolis. I hope people were able to be warned in time.
I doubt they even have tornado warnings in China. 🤔

China only gets 3 or so tornadoes yearly🤔.
Isn't 1 tornado 1 too many?😢
It says 'severe' tornadoes. China gets a fair number of tornadoes each year, though most are not severe like this one.
It's been inevitable that a tornado would hit a large city

Tornados are always bad, but this wasn't a strong one.
It was quite strong. It's just not in the US where everything is made out of plywood.
What is seen there isn't strong. Unfortunately, the US has too many of the kind that destroy plywood and stone alike.
