6:00 because ragman is the only one who buys RED condition weapons. Exxept for him, All weapon/armor merchants provide higher price for items than bartenders.
Eugene and Ragman are not from the same faction. Ragman is a loner and Eugene is a Mercenary. This is irrelevant though, as Eugene will always give you a better price than Ragman, as Ragman has the same prices as a Bartender would. Ragman however can buy broken (red) weapons, and to my knowledge the only trader who does this. Birch and Eugene also have the same prices when you sell them, regardless of whether it is armor or a weapon. To my knowledge, reputation also doesn't affect the prices for any merchant, only availability of gear for purchase.
thats what im experiencing too, in terms of selling prices. i traveled to different locations and and everyone (dedicated trader) offered me the same for the weapon, no matter if good rep or neutral. i even did a mission for the duty, they turned "green" and still offered me the same. i dont know about gear availability but besides that, its seems like only repair and fast travel costs get affected by reputation.
I think selling is the same but they have more stuff and the prices to buy stuff are a bit cheaper. And yes repairing is the biggest pro here. And also fast travel is cheaper.
How can one increase reputation with Eugene? Since you literally have main missions where you have to kill mercenaries and can't bypass it. I think it's easier to do quests for girl trader in Yaniv, at least it's clear how to increase rep with her, since she actually gives out quests herself. And they both offer the same price on items I think. UPD. Actually, Eugene is a freedom guy, I just checked. Same issue though they're all neutral to me, and I don't see any quests for Freedom faction. Perhaps you have some when you get to Pripyat or something.
@@DanyBreak i checked again because before, they were not and now they actually do, somehow. but i also did a few more missions for them since then. so my guess, even if the rep is green, doesnt mean you instantly get better prices, maybe the hidden rep can go up even further and will trigger better prices at some point. because im 100% certain they were green before and offered the same...100%.
Was it just me that was hoping they brought by the “Clear Sky” faction system? Where you can check your faction relations,Faction wars,Zone rankings! probably my only let down with stalker 2 but it seems most people don’t know about or just didn’t really care about it personally.
I think my rostok is bugged or something, all of the traders except the bar keep in the seller are red, but they will still sell to me and nobody attacks me on site, barkeep in the basement is green. I keep hearing or seeing about a feature where you can talk to the leader of a faction and pay them off to like you more or reset it, but I have no idea where to find this person or if this is actually a flushed out feature or if the tool tip is just bs. Kinda like how the game launched without a life 2.0
Now the question is, if you improve your reputation in rostok, will the weapon/armor guy be even cheaper than hamster in zalissya?
Exactly. Apples do not equal Oranges. New title of video should be "Blind Leading Blind".
@@Buzzdog1971 you can't improve your rep with rostok.....freedom don't have quests

You make more money when you sell when they are green

So who is best trader?

I think you are right, this game need to redo the reputation sytem totally.

I think the same, for me the arena mach 4 does not want to start.
I cant enter chimical plant and melkhit they shoot me ?! How to deal with them
You don't. You have to complete the main story mission 'An invisible threat'
