We've owned a 2802BH one since Feb 2018 (Alberta). Pros: Layout and interior storage is great, particularly that pot drawer and behind the TV storage. TV size is great, lots of HDMI (3) connections and good sound. Heating duct locations are great, in the baseboards, not the floor. Teen kids fit in the bunks, no issues. Beds are comfortable, surprisingly. USB charging plugs in master suite s a nice touch. Power awning and jacks work great so far. Lighting is great also, plenty of it everywhere. Unit is bright and wide open. Skylights also well placed. Big fridge, stainless sinks, quiet heater that works great. Big kitchen counter top, lots of prep area. Cons: Dinette table spins, uses only 1 pole to hold it, actual sitting space is a bit smaller than my liking. Quite a few warranty issues: Stitching on Dinette Cushions opening up (repaired), cross-threaded water line air leak issues (repaired), mis-wired outside speaker (repaired), leaking city/tank water fill valve (repaired), rough cuts on some storage hatches (dinette, below bunks, laundry hatch) which is covered by the doors when closed but still unattractive. Test the DVD player ALL the way though... mine had a bug that froze the movie about halfway through on multiple DVD tests. Water pump is below the kitchen counter, in the corner, and there is NO access without removing either the power station or removing the kitchen drawers, and even then its a pain to reach the bypass valves. Little things: The rear bathroom door gets pretty wet if you take showers due to condensation on the metal frame. Run the ceiling vent when you shower for sure or have wet towels in the room. Floor is good quality, but shows dirt easily as its a light color, but the benefit is that the unit seems brighter inside. Toilet is a bit tall for comfort, moves a little (floor is a bit flexible there). Unit seems pretty light on the hitch for weight distribution (with half-ton, 5.5' box), likes to wag a little at highway speed, so put most of your hauling weight forward and get a trailer sway control bar for your hitch. Construction debris was also everywhere within the cabinets and behind access panels. The unit has two grey water drainage points, in front and behind the slide, so you'll need to have a Y-connector if you want to hook up to the resort sewer services on your lot. Suggestions: Probably want to add some roof vent covers (Maxxair vent covers or similar) so you can leave the vents open, otherwise you'll get rain inside for sure from the splatter. Open the back sink lower cabinet door and remove the wood panel, there is a big open space there you can use for storage. Just seal up the small opening around the outside plumbing fixtures to keep the bug out when the outer services hatch is open. Get the dealer to add an access hatch to the water pump area through the side of the lower kitchen sink cabinet. You'll need access for winterizing the trailer or troubleshooting. Warning: Inspect EVERYTHING, particularly the floor covering integrity, before you register OR finance the unit. Don't accept a damaged floor of any kind on a new unit. The flooring is put down right at the start of construction of these units and everything else (cabinets, etc) is placed on top. Check under the slide area (put the slide out) as well. Photograph all issues, work with your dealer but don't accept major item issues like leaks or hole on new units. The dealers should be rejecting damaged units right off the bat and sending them back to the factory. Conclusion: Would buy it again, but would bargain harder on a few things. Get the unit complete with access hatch for water pump, sway bar and sway control hitch included. Test all the electronics (entertainment unit), speakers, immediately. Test water pump and city water immediately as well, don't want those to fail on you while you are camping.
Dude, thanks for the super constructive review. It's definitely good to hear from people who use it and experience it. I currently have 2 grey tanks on my unit and it's a pain in the butt, especially because one of them is under the slide, so even with a Y connector, you're on your hands and knees trying to empty it if you're midway through a trip and not packing up to leave with the slides closed.
Thanks for the comprehensive reply. Is the water heater bypass also located under the sink next to the water pump? Can’t seem to find it. Thanks again! Never mind, found the access panel back under the bunk.
Nice, however I think we should be able to shop at any store in the world that we want. I would rather they use aluminium in to make that pass through storage, seems to make more sense. The outdoors mini kitchen is perfect.
Hey John factory just called me back… Single pane windows in the open range ultra lights and lights… To paint windows on the regular open ranges and the fifth wheels.

Northern Iggy awesome! Great comment… I love to hear the pros and cons of a unit from the actual owners
