Fiberglass can be fixed man , that’s an expensive kit . I could understand if they announced it as a giveaway car or so but this is a shop build it’ll be fixed like it never happened

@@emericaman16 they kinda mentioned after it happened fiberglass is easy to repair and I know these guys don’t do jank work so I’m sure once they fully get the car dialed it will have a once over for details

@@zodspeed Your right, they meant to intentionally drive it with the hood taped. But they forgot to tape it, which either way is not safe. So Yes lesson learned, secure your hoods.

Could have been worse. If they were driving high speed, the hood would smash against the windshield causing mini shattered glass to flew directly at their face. I'm also glad that the hood is made from fiber glass which did minimal damage

Man, you guys should all sit down together and talk about safety. What the hell. No seat belts, almost running over the camera man full throttling in reverse, and not securing the hood (this was one of the top 3 reasons for the really bad road accidents in my Mustang Club. Always secure your hood)

Absolutely love the focus on the Z again, ive been watching since the first Z video! you guys should do some digging around for a bunch of high tech car accessories and mods, theres so much you could still do ofc we dont know all your plans yet! but a suggestion might for sure be a reverse camera! one of my favorite things about my 2013 civic lol
Brakes on this car are buggin me so much. You are doing some alien type technology under the hood but got old rusty calipers :D
So funny about the good and reverse take off 😂 it’s the hype of the car finally being powered on it’s own and the boys are hype to drive it! Can’t wait for the complete finale

Z guy here, the back hatch is made out of steel. 80lb they have 40lb carbon fiber hatches.

I used to think going electric was gonna be boring but now with the Tesla swapped Z running, I'm very intrigued to see what happens in the future with sports cars.
Look up McMurtry Spierling. Electric Sports cars are just becoming absurd wild rockets. Kind of insane how many noob drivers are going to get access to truly scary fast cars. Should be the reason for more people signing up for more advance driving lessons. Electric is Crazy.

I’d love to see you do something with the ‘Z’ logo on the rear shocktower brace…either a throtl ‘t’ or a Tesla ‘t’ but with the Nissan font and those little dimpled marks…the car deserves it!!

Throttl, are you guys gonna corner balance the 350Z and your other cars that have adjustable coilovers? You may be able to dial in the balance so the front isn't lifting so much. Congrats on this milestone build💪

To make the Z even more badass and funny should make something to where you can put the audio of any car to the speakers. So when you take off you can blast the sound of any audio from a car. Would be funny to see people's reactions.
This happened to me in my R32 when I finished changing the valve cover gasket and didnt close the hood all the wa. Both the hood hinges are fk lol

How much does the E-350Z weigh compared to a standard petrol engine 350? Is there much difference with all the batteries and electronics?
