Haha nice one, I play against these guys sometimes and the only thing they do is 2v1 or camp the airfield, that's the only way they can get a kill, 1v1 they don't even stand a chance lol

One of the good pilot(like me) won't shoot beginner plane. It's waay better than skilled enemy pilot take the plane and get behind us. Sometimes I do nothing and just ignore, when beginner pilot get behind me and try to shoot down my plane. Cuz their aim is too bad. Also, it's super easy to overshoot beginner plane.

I can't stand ace pilots that make a b-line to hunt far lesser skilled planes, most of the time of whom aren't really affecting the final scoreline at all. It shows cowardice and lack of honor, kind of like a pro-wrestler who beats mentally challenged children when no one is looking (I say when no one is looking, because often only the pilots involved know of what's going on since players on the ground may not be paying attention to the battle for the skies taking place above their heads).

I know spawn camping planes is the main issue here. Honestly, whoever decided that planes should start on the ground than in the air is honestly the real bad guy here.
to be fair, there's often AA that protects these runways (with the exception of the runway on Wake Island). The bigger problem here is a team not effectively using Anti-Air, which can often be a balance issue.

IRL war, circling the airfield to prevent planes from taking off or just destroying what's parked on the ground is a valid tactic and was used a lot during the war. But this is a game. Honestly the airfields should have better AA to prevent this.
It may be an unpopular opinion, but the only times I've found spawn "camping" (if it can even be called that in the following paragraph) to be entertaining (and I say that having been on the receiving hand of it during a match) is when the map is linear which allow for good offense/defense, like Operation Metro, and all the Capture points belong (or don't to you). Once in BF3 on Operation Metro, while playing as the russians, we lost all points and were pinned down at our spawn point. This forced every player on the team to use strategy and caution rather than just "run and shoot" (I remember the snipers staying inside the building, while the medics were trying to revive those that had taken cover outside so we wouldn't lose more tickets), which made things more challenging and fun. It wasn't as much fun when you ended up with no capture points as the US team, because the metro didn't allow much movement (so most players silently agreed on the same strategy: throw as many people as we could to hopefully break through - the other option being to stay hidden while the enemy team sniped and RPGd us when we'd show ourselves). It's strange that BF doesn't seem to have auto-defences for fixed spawn points like airfield, kinda like in War Thunder the airfields have AA guns that shoot approaching enemy planes. It would make spawn camping much harder for those just there to score easy kills.
Every time I’m in a plane, 2 v 1, intense amount of AA, AA and plane(s), sometimes the fliengerfaust, rarely spawn camper, and then I shoot the engine of an AA tank but they don’t die, only 70% of there health and they still shoot me down

I had the same thing happened to me tanks covering from one side of the map were you can see the airfield and they just were shooting at every plane who try to take off and in the same match there was like one plane just keeping the airfield on watch camping with the tanks

The moment I find these campers I say good riddance to flying and sit on the AA the entire match. And I'm not the best on AA but I'm pretty good enough that I take them out no matter what and let other pilots take the sky.
I look at it from a different perspective. With pilots going 50-0 or 40-1 or such if you will. Why not gain air superiority and give your team a fighting chance by keeping their planes out of the fight. Especially on Iwo Jima where I’ve seen some pilots go 60-0 on just the first objective in breakthrough.
When the enemy has good pilot, i call one of my team to use fliegerfaust and one support for resupplying. Then we hunt the plane together near AA gun position (because he always targeting AA gun) and boom the pilot is rage in chat because he failed to get zero death. This game need good teamwork just to beat 1 annoying guy.
@@Corei3Net that's just overkill. 1 plane shouldn't require such a tremendous amount of teamwork to take down. I can kill an annoying tank or squad of campers solo just fine. But the planes are just a huge pain

@@929Finn any easy fix would be so freshly spawned vehicles cannot be stolen by the enemy.. Only abandoned vehicles can be stolen
