Like fade the grey into the light blue in the pedals if it cant be covered completley with black and grey since on the pedals its just the outer part that has color. And maybe cover the green of the stem with black or grey?

I have a laser tattoo removal appointment scheduled. One of my tattoos is really dark and the other is really detailed with a lot of lines but very light. So it's hard to tell what to do. Removal or cover-up.
after the laser, my tattoo is scarred into my skin and you can see the scars' design as bumps on my new tattoo. i should've just covered it from the start
What about a forearm sleeve? It looks like it has unfinished parts maybe the shading wasn’t executed well enough? It sucks when some people don’t know what it is at first glance.
I have what should’ve been a very detailed cecropia moth chest tattoo. It was supposed to be dotted/stipple shading and the guy gave up the stippling after 10 minutes into the tattoo and just started doing regular shade work. One side is darker than the other; there’s lines overlapping the other, the shading is completely botched and I want to get it covered up. I want it to be a moth still lol I just want it to be bad ass and done right. I don’t want to say better because it’s so bad, but I should’ve expected that when I paid 80$ for it. 🤦🏽♀️ The guy didn’t want to do sessions either, he said and I quote, “It’s either we get this done now or we don’t get it done at all”. That should’ve immediately been a red flag for me but I wanted a chest piece so bad. I can’t say it isn’t my fault because it is. 😂

An olde English tattoo with a name in black ink is exactly what I have lol I have a consultation tomorrow and my idea I'm going to pitch to the artist is a raven all black with white ink for the beak, eyes hopefully that will work because he said every other idea I showed him won't work.

I got this dark goldfish tattoo smacked right in the oddest part of my left chest. Its too out of place and I was a bit drunk. Ill be sober this go around but thinking on getting an octoous tattoo to cover it up. This goldfish just keeps reminding me of my narcassistic womb bearer.

Was thinking of getting a sleeve of dark red dragon scales covering my forearm(proud Welshy) to cover it, the colours of the current tattoo are blue, purple and pink but are very, very faded. DirtPoorFarmer In that context he means to give a person a keloid. It’s a scar that heals weird due to bacteria in the wound. Sometimes a person is more likely to get it due to genetics or skin type. Google keloid for a visual example.

My artist did an amazing portrait but as fillers around it he put freakin circles on my shit like Olympic rings that I didn’t ask for. I feel like artist should not just put something on people without consulting them. I could’ve utilized that space for something else

I have spent months investigating removing tattoos at home and discovered a fantastic resource at Chads Tattoo Tactic (look it up on google)
I believe lazer removal can make your initial tattoo less dark and can give the artist freedom for the cover up
Exactly I’m gonna do a few sessions to shade down the tattoo and I plan to get a dark sleeve so you can’t see thru my new tattoos to well

Turning down cover ups because you "dont want to jeopardize your art" is another way of saying i dont feel like it because its hard.

Some tattooists may be newer and not skilled enough yet to do so. I have a super bad coverup on my hand bc of that. I'd much rather be turned down..

100 percent. That's the worse advice I saw on this video.
if you have letters you can consider "blast over" I have seen many nice blast overs.
What's a blast over cause I have letters and I want a whole peace to cover it
As long as the scar is white and not red you can tattoo over it if it's red it may blow out real bad.
