Delta airlines flagship A350, 6 yers old and most things broken. I don’t think everything broke during the flight from Seoul so it is a lack of maintenance, immagine paying a full biz fare fro Seoul or Paris? Disappointing!

I don’t have to imagine it. I did it. Flew from Minneapolis to Seoul in the A350 last month in the Delta One suites. Seat 3D and the door wouldn’t shut.

I still don’t understand how Delta seems to top the surveys of American carriers. I can only assume that the people who say, “Rah Rah Delta,” don’t fly very often. I’ve been on 368 flights so far (yes, I keep a list), and I’ve been screwed just as often by Delta as with any other airline.

Flew Tokyo to Detroit in premium select last week on a 6 yr old a350 maybe this one. It was struggling.

felt the same way DTW-HND in premium select.... I hate to say it, but the seat was very uncomfortable, couldn't sleep, crew treated us as an extension of economy, etc. luckily I scored the tickets for just $2100 round-trip, but still.

We flew Delta Premium Select multiple flights over the Atlantic and the power seats never worked.

That’s horrible the outlets,IFE and the doors to the suited were broke. Thank goodness it wasn’t on a long haul international flight

I fly often to Korea and while D1 is nice it’s a bit of a compromise. Small suite, a bit claustrophobic and the hard goods often don’t work or are fussy. D1 crew is always great and very helpful. Korean is a nice option, while not enclosed, great privacy and exceptional service. Finally, The Polaris suite is a step up from D1, IMO

I’m flying the a350 in delta one dtw-hnd in July. Hopefully the seat will be in good condition. It would be a pain to have no outlets on a trans pacific flight

I’m surprised your cabin had so many mechanical problems with the IFE and suite doors

The doors are locked and need to be opened by the crew after takeoff. There's a switch at the top that needs to slide to the open position. I assume thry left some of the doors locked because it was only a 2hr flight.

They unlocked everyone's door after takeoff. Most of them were just broken.

If the plane had been in such bad condition on the trans-Pacific flight, I would have been screaming.

While every airline has issues with their hard product, I still rather fly Jetblues Mint service.

I'd be pissed......hope you wrote DL and let them know about all the issues....its NOT what you paid for......I'm very disappointed with DL domestic FC these days.....not much more than only 1 seatmate, pre boarding, and drinks.......

Delta One Suite is still a very competitive product when they're in good condition. Can't believe how bad Delta maintenance has been.

Those aircraft SHOULD NOT BE USED on domestic flights. This is where those aircrafts get destroyed. Delta as a nasty habit of using long haul aircrafts on domestic flights.

That meal was served in First Class? Looks like something they served us in Coach Class back in the 1980s. Maximizing profits while the service quality is lowered...smh. Airlines should be ashamed of themselves. There was a time, a long time ago, when i enjoyed flying, now i cant stand it, i try to avoid it if i can.
