I’ve been in nj my whole life (30 years) It’s an interesting place… beaches, cities, and mountains are all somewhat nearby. North jersey and south jersey seem pretty different to me though. I live near Princeton but still get to nyc in about an hour on the train

All the other cities seem kind of lame compared to nyc. I can’t really say 100% because I’ve only been to Denver, Phoenix, Philly, and DC, but most cities seem boring in comparison. A lot of cities are car dependent too which is really annoying… unless the weather sucks haha
