There's an interview with Brene and Russell Brand on TH-cam, an hour & a half long and you would LOVE IT!! I've watched it like 5 times.
Logan's piece about actions speaking louder then words and Brene's point about not being wired for this length of a crisis were both so powerful. Definitely would have loved to hear more of what Brene had to say after Tim mentioned resentment! Can we get a part 2 (and 3 and 4 , etc) Kelly with Brene talking about this?

Boundaries are the path to self-respect. We then empathize self-respect into respect for others.
Others should have at least mixed feelings about you upholding your boundaries. They can feel disappointment for not getting what they want. But they should also feel empathy and rest assured that you respect the idea of boundaries because that means that you’ll respect theirs.
Tim Allen and Brene Brown and Kelly Clarkson is a combination I didn't know I needed, but I think I need about 6 more hours of that combo. 🤔
When it comes to firmly upholding your boundaries, think of it, not as being mean, but as saving your compassion for when it counts for whom deserves it.
As a 36 year old daughter, my druggy mother has done meth since I was 12 ... I commend every single therapist for the years, years and years spending time on myself fixing what she broke. I spent years feeling so much resentment towards her, that for my sanity and mental health, I had to let her go! 4 years ago when my dad passed away suddenly, I stopped talking to her. I had to learn fast that toxic is toxic no matter who you are! If you don't add value to my life ... You have to go!

Kelly NEEDS like a total YEAR of counceling with Brene Brown and I am not EVEN kidding!! Kelly goes 100mph 24/7 and she's like, "I'm dancing as fast as I can." through her life and she needs some PEACE or burnout, mental breakdown is gonna come real soon. Even when she is TRYING to listen, she NEVER stops talking! How many people on Kelly's payroll would walk right over her crumpled body, if a breakdown happened? My guess is 99%!!

@Abcd Just saw this and i‘m from europe so i can‘t watch the show. i always thought watching all these youtube clips means i get to see like 98% of what is actually shown on the show :( is that not the case? is there actually always more shown on tv? man. that sucks.
