The fact that so many people, religious people, here disagree with the fact that everyone deserves a dignified life is tragic. You cannot say you're a person of faith, yet judge, harass and spit on your neighbor, just because they're different. Or because you think you're a better believer than them. For all of you bringing up abortion: Being pro choice does not mean that everyone should get an abortion and that it’s a form of birth control. Pro choice means if you don’t want an abortion, then you don’t need to get one! Everyone’s lives and stories are different. If you think all lives are holy, then how do you feel about the foster system? Children at the border? Do those lives matter too? Pro choice is simply giving a choice. I agree with the spirit of what she’s trying to say, we should love all people, even those we disagree with. But to say all people are holy is an oxymoron. Holiness means a separated life of right conduct and obedience to God. Clearly not all humans do that and even the great apostle Paul said that all humans have sinned, including himself, and can only be made righteous by accepting the work of salvation which Jesus accomplished for us by dying on the cross. Therefore all men are sinners and need to repent to be saved and become holy.

There is no one being harmed in the process and yet some act like their own marriage is on the line, but there is no correlation. For abortion, again I am not sure. Yet, I definitely strongly recommend that there should be more common sex education and better contraceptives to stop unwanted pregnancies in the first place. I agree with you but I want you to know that Catholics are missing alot of truth out of their religion. They changed the ten commandments to remove "thou shalt not worship graven images" because of all the graven images. They pray through Mary which is not found in the bible. When the disciples asked jesus how they should pray: "our father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name, thy kingdom come, thy will be done... etc." Its the lord's prayer and I'm sure you know it. If you are catholic ask God to show you the way and lead you into the truth even moreso. Holiness means a separated life of right conduct and obedience to God. Clearly not all humans do that and even the great apostle Paul said that all humans have sinned, including himself, and can only be made righteous by accepting the work of salvation which Jesus accomplished for us by dying on the cross. Therefore all men are sinners and need to repent to be saved and become holy.

There is no one being harmed in the process and yet some act like their own marriage is on the line, but there is no correlation. For abortion, again I am not sure. Yet, I definitely strongly recommend that there should be more common sex education and better contraceptives to stop unwanted pregnancies in the first place. Still don't know about raped women though, not sure what to do about them, but bless their souls. They changed the ten commandments to remove "thou shalt not worship graven images" because of all the graven images. They pray through Mary which is not found in the bible.
